摘要

-COMPLETE- It was a freak accident. Someone ran the light at an intersection and before I knew it... my world turned black. But I didn't die then. Instead, I was forced to lament and regret over all of my failures. Lament about how this so-called genius was lower than dirt even at the very end. And that should have been it. After my consciousness faded, I should have disappeared. But I woke up. A different world, another life. A fresh start. This time, for sure...!

One Piece: Deriving All Things

Sanders has crossed into the world of One Piece, blessed with a unique ability: he can derive and master any power—Haki, Devil Fruits, combat techniques—everything can become his. To survive and grow stronger in this chaotic world, he joins the Marines, seeking structure and safety. But fate takes a dark turn when his adoptive parent is ruthlessly murdered by a Celestial Dragon. Sanders vows revenge, yet before he can act, he is captured by Sengoku and Kizaru, locked away in the depths of Impel Down. In the infamous prison, Sanders uses his power to derive new abilities from legends around him: the Moa Moa no Mi, the Fusion-Fusion Fruit, even Barrett's fearsome Haki. As years pass, Sanders grows more powerful, biding his time. Finally, he decides the moment has come—he walks out of Impel Down, shaking the world to its core. "You fought Kaido in a fierce battle; derivation time for the Azure Dragon Fruit reduced by one year." "You battled Whitebeard with all your strength; Gura Gura no Mi (Quake-Quake Fruit) successfully derived." "You clashed with Big Mom; her indomitable Steel Balloon Physique is now yours." At the Summit War, Sanders challenges the might of all three Admirals singlehandedly. Marine Headquarters: "He was once one of us; now, we regret it deeply." Boa Hancock: "I’ll stand by Sanders—let’s declare war on the Celestial Dragons!" Nico Robin: "Only he can bring me true safety." Join Sanders as he faces the mightiest forces of the One Piece world, deriving power from the strongest to fulfill his destiny. -------------- Access 30 chapters in advance on my Patreon: p@treon.com/OneFic This is a translation work; I do not own it.

Author here. Thought I'd give my own review of the story up to the current chapter. Also since it seems that people here look more to reviews than the Author's note in a story. Before everything else though, this story is aimed towards people who've read at least the entire story of Mushoku Tensei. If you haven't, expect to be confused. I try to remember to explain things, but I'm running off a big base of knowledge that you probably won't have and that the wiki might not complete. Hopefully it's still an enjoyable read, but that's on you for going regardless. Anyway... it seems that my writing skills are so good people expected something completely original from the start instead of a fanfic roughly following the main story for a while. I'm flattered, really, but for a first stab at a fanfic for a series, that's just not happening. This is more exploratory than anything with a cohesive plot. While we jump off the rails of canon eventually (and boy do we jump off) that's not for a while in. The beginning of the story is more character exploration than anything plot heavy. And speaking of character explorations... This story isn't planned out. I'm not an author who likes mapping the entire story out... mostly because the many times I've tried that in the past, it's been a complete and utter failure. I have a few points in mind and a destination, but the story is pretty much unfolding organically from whatever pops in my head at the time. I'd like to think I'm a pretty good improviser by now, but there's definitely going to be parts that fall flat, so don't expect *too* much. I think that's part of the fun though, personally. As to the story itself... I'll say that looks are deceiving. I'm the sort of author who trusts in my readers to figure things out and/or enjoys the 'aha' moment when their guess about what's unfolding turns out to be true or when they get their expectations subverted. Of course, that's the ideal, but again, when you're playing by ear... Anyway. I try for daily updates, but I can't guarantee stability. Especially these days. I'm a third year law student heading into Patent and IP law, so there's inevitably going to be times when I sacrifice writing for IRL stuff. Not to mention the fact that my hourly rate is much more than anything I could get from writing or patreon when I start a job in my field... Yeah. That's just how it's going to be. Character design... I rate that low because I don't really 'design' the characters. I'm mostly just going off of my best feel, which could be off-base. There's no handy character sheet or whatever I'm working with, so I can't guarantee perfect in-characterness all the time, only my interpretation at the moment. As for world background, *cough*. Yeah. That's pretty abridged here, haha. Anyway, hope that clears up some questions. P.S. I'm a believer in freedom of speech, but I'm also a believer in consequences. I won't take it personally if you leave an honest review, but if it's clear that you're acting with malicious intent, I will act accordingly and yeet your review from existence. It's enough having to deal with clients and hearing the horror stories from public defenders. I don't want any more negativity here and will act with all the zeal that my role as a zealous advocate requires in my job to remove it. Anywho, that's it from me. Thank you for attending my ted talk.

This is my honest review. I started reading a long time ago, most of the time it was to distract and disconnect, so now I have read many novels of many different genres, And I can say without fear of being wrong that there are very few novels that I have come to connect or more specifically immerse myself in the characters, some because it was too fast, others because I did not understand what the prota was going through (or the protagonist literally was a being without emotions or a cardboard pesonaje) or because the characters were not very deep or only followed the prota (not bad but, I think what makes a story memorable is to see that all the characters are 'alive' and that they are just as important as the mc), but that's not the important thing, when I came across mushoku tensei, at first I didn't like it, partly because of the personality of the protagonist, but it wasn't because of him that I stayed in the story, I stayed in that story because of the secondary/main characters, some with good development others that were only touched enough to get to know them, but even if they were only superficially touched they caused me to feel that they are alive and living in their own world. In my opinion I think what impacted me the most was the development of the relationships between the characters, at first I didn't notice it, in fact I overlooked it, but at one point I came to like them and came to understand them subconsciously, and seeing how ludy grew up was what hooked me into the story, I still remember how much I cried during the death of you know who, and also when he left you-know-who, those two events together with the various difficulties both emotional and the fights and their characters were what told me 'they are alive' just that feeling is what caused me to think about finishing reading that story, and this fan-fic is doing great, it is transmitting to me what very few novels achieve, they make the characters alive, many may not notice it, this may be for everyone but for me, who have read different stories since I was between 12 and 14 years old (currently 17) it causes me an impact, and even today it has been a very long time since a novel provoked such a unique sensation, for those who came across this story, I recommend it, although I understand that many do not like some genres like haren give it a chance, in the end it is not about how many women the main character has, but how they all grow together in one way or another. In the case of mushoku tensei it develops it well unlike others, in general both this fan-fic and the original novel are very good reads that I would recommend to read. So much for my opinion, both of the fan-fic and the original novel. (google translator)
