It Makes It Serial

As I am lying here on the bed, my mind is full of thoughts. About the new case that we got, as well as the events of the day...especially the time that I spend with Madison at the pier. Before I know it, I am sleeping.

I wake up to my alarm. I look outside and it is morning already. I take a quick shower and get dressed. I walk to the main house for some coffee. I can smell the filter coffee in the air as I get closer to the kitchen doors. As I walk in, Madison is rushing around the kitchen. I stand confused looking at her and say;

"Good morning, Madison?"

"Morning…sorry I am late. I have to get to the office. Help yourself to what you need. I will see you later, bye"

As she is walking down the hall, I hear the door closes. Her perfume still lingers in the kitchen. I pour myself a coffee and walk to my car. Then I make my way to the precinct and I start to think of the new case that we got. Four dead at night clubs and two locations.
