"WHY did you keep this from us, Mir?" Tita Pat held both of my hands. I didn't answer. I bit my lips and tilted my head to hide my tears.

"That arsehole! You should’ve told us earlier, so we could also beat him," Caleb growled behind.

"No, Caleb. Don't be like your father. I stopped him from following you but he was stubborn. He should've controlled his temper."

I wiped my tears with the back of my hand and looked outside the window.
