Tsuna died at the age of 99 because of old age. Tsuna wants to say he lives his life without regret. However, that impossible no can live without regret. His only regret was that he wished that he had the power to protect who was important to him from the beginning. If he can relive his life again, then he wants to protect his family even if he is called a mafia or a madman.

When he opens his eye, he can see only a white room. He saw an old man who was showing a guilt face.

"I am so sorry. You should have died at the age of 101."

The god says and bows down.

"It's okay," Tsuna says.

"I need to reincarnate you to when you are still in your mother womb," The god said.

"Why?" Tsuna asks.
