Chapter 5 - Before the Audition (2)

Oh Min-Hee day was not over because she had to go to her dance academy today for a special one to one class.

She reached home and changed into her workout dress and headed towards the dance academy. After she reached the dance academy, Oh Min-Hee headed directly to the practice room. She waited inside the room for a while, then the new dance instructor entered the room.

"Hey their beauty, you came early. Anyway, my name is Bora. I'm your dance instructor for your special one to one class today. I'm only doing this because your regular dance instructor asked me a favor, so don't get the wrong idea. I heard that you are going to audition which is taking place this Sunday right?"

Oh Min-Hee just nodded to it. Then, Bora, the new dance instructor said.

"Ok then, so as you know it is an unwritten rule that one must prepare two performances to perform when going to an audition. So tell me on which music are you going to dance for the second performance?"

Oh Min-Hee was confused. But she replied anyway.

"Chungha - Gotta Go."

"Oh, this one… it's a nice one… let me search… ah, I got it… Ready… 3… 2… 1…start!!"

Oh Min-Hee's entire aura changed after she heard the last word. While before she was looking just like a plain Jane but now she was oozing of sexuality and boldness and giving the tell-tale sign that something was mature and dark about her. It cemented Bora's view further, when she danced to the music with the iconic hand moves and the intense footwork. When Oh Min-Hee finished her performance, Bora just clapped hard to the performance.

"Wow, fantastic performance. I had heard from that dance instructor that you are good but I didn't know that you were this good. Especially, the way you changed when the music started… it was marvelous. With your looks I wonder why you are still not a trainee. If I were the scout for an agency, I would pick you right away from the streets. Huh… you do look plain normally but your change is noticeable only when you perform, so I guess it would be hard for the scouts. It is your first audition ever right?"

Bora was waiting for a reply. After a moment of awkwardness, Oh Min-Hee replied.

"Yes, this would be my first audition. But is there anything I could improve in my performance."

"You don't have to be modest, you were phenomenal. But if you have to say then I would say the way you dress, makeup and hairstyle will matter a lot. Different music requires different styles and for this music that you danced will require formal look with a tinge of sexiness. But before discussing further, let me see what you prepared for the first performance."

Oh Min-Hee then performed her first performance. Bora was similarly impressed by the performance too. She even said.

"Fabulous… Wonderful… you should have been an idol a long time ago."

Oh Min-Hee blushed a little. Even though she was not planning to be one but any encouraging compliment is good for her.

After performing the chores for three times and finding out that there is no problem, they planned to adjourn for the day. When Oh Min-Hee was planning to leave, Bora said.

"Can you meet me tomorrow morning?"

Oh Min-Hee sent her a questioning glance. Bora replied hastily.

"I know that tomorrow you will be finalizing your preparations for the auditions but would it be too much trouble to see in the dress you are going for the auditions day after tomorrow."

Oh Min-Hee then realized that the dance instructor in front of her was trying to help her. For Min-Hee, any kind of help is welcomed. Therefore she affirmed to Bora that they will meet tomorrow.
