Why the Hell are You Here, Kira!?

There was a certain guy that was so tired and currently lying on his bed, sleeping peacefully. A smile was plastered on his face while hugging a pillow.

The certain guy looks like he was dreaming about something good. Then, he pulled the pillow towards his mouth and suddenly french k*ssed it.

And there was a girl who was looking at that certain guy while sitting on a chair. She was eating some freshly cooked meat when she saw the sudden, out of nowhere, the action of that certain guy.

The certain guy we are talking about is none other than our simp mc, Herro!

Kira saw something unbelievable, and it caused her to left her mouth gaping while staring at Herro.

Herro was enjoying kissing the pillow without knowing that Kira was looking at him.

Kira suddenly closed her mouth and looked away from the somewhat disturbing scene playing before her eyes.

She continued eating her meal, and Herro stopped doing the kissing thing with the pillow.

Then, Herro's nose twitched after catching the aroma of the food Kira was eating. Then he suddenly opened his eyes and got up suddenly, but this time, he didn't feel the world spin before his eyes. It was because he had rested so well, and his body is in top condition.

His head suddenly turned towards where the source of the tantalizing scent came from, and he saw Kira. His eyes are wide open because he had just woken up and with his unruly bed hairs sticking out, and these make him looked like a little kid.

Then when Herro noticed that Kira was the source of the delicious, tantalizing scent, he was forced to suppress his desire and ask, "What is that in the bowl?"

Kira chuckled, and she knew that Herro was really hungry. He just sleeps for a whole night without eating his dinner, so it should be expected for him to feel starving as soon as he wakes up.

Kira decided to tease Herro and said, "Ohhh, this?" Then she put a piece of meat on her mouth using a fork.

Herro was forced to gulp done large saliva. It looks really delicious just from its appearance and the scent coming from it.

"I cooked this using the meat that the Mutants hunted down. They're supposed to bring their when they come down, but we interrupted them, and they're not able to do so." Kira paused her explanation to put another piece of meat in her mouth.

She chewed it slowly and released a moan indicating that she was satisfied with the food. She then swallowed it and released an "Ahhhhh" moan after swallowing the food.

Then she threw a glance and saw him staring at him like an idiot with his jaws is hanging in his mouth.

Kira was about to laugh, but she suppressed herself in time and managed to control her emotion.

Kira's conscience was already nagging him, and she just made the explanation shorter. "Then I go up to the surface, grabbed some meat from the one they hunted, and cook them at the cafeteria here in the Military Base. The condiments here are all well preserved. You don't have to worry about food poisoning."

Then Kira handed a bowl of rice topped with adobo to Herro.

*Author's Note: Adobo is a Filipino dish with meat as one of its main ingredients. You can use chicken meat, beef, pork, or etc. It also comes with vinegar and soy sauce.*

Herro hurriedly accepted the bowl that Kira gave him, and without thinking twice, he started to feast on it. Herro placed meat inside his mouth and chew on it. His eyes widened in shock, and he mumbled some words while his mouth is full.

Kira couldn't understand his mumbles and just nodded at him.

Kira smiled after seeing Herro enjoying the food that she made for him. She also felt very proud knowing that someone was enjoying the food that she made.

Herro looks like he was starving for a couple of days because he was eating like a feral animal. Herro suddenly feels something stuck in his throat, and he immediately smashed his chest a couple of times while extending his hand towards Kira.

Kira already prepared water for them, and she handed a bottle of water to Herro. Herro grabbed it, and he immediately opened the lid, and he drank some water.

After removing the food that choked him, he let out a soft moan of relief. Then he looked at Kira and said, "You make for a great wife, Kira!"

Kira blushed after hearing what Herro had said. She focused on her food without giving Herro any response.

Herro was not waiting for any response from Kira, and he immediately started finishing his food.

After a couple of minutes, Herro and Kira were able to finish a delicious food. Herro was really satisfied with how delicious the Food Kira made.

"Your food is tastes really good. I'll be happy every time I have a chance to eat the food that you cooked!" Herro praised how good Kira is at cooking.

Kira blushed and seriously said, "I just developed my cooking skill while I'm trying to survive in this world."

And then she added, "Why don't you take a bath first?"

Herro's ears twitched after hearing what Kira had said. Since he came in this timeline, he was not able to take a bath.

"There is a bathroom here? The water here still functions?" Herro was amazed that the electrical power system and the plumbing system are still working so well after being abandoned for two years.

"Yes, I'll guide you there. Follow me." Then Kira stood up and exited the room. Herro followed her suit, and they walked for around three minutes, and they reached the bathroom.

The bathroom here is really the same as what Herro had seen in military & war movies back then.

There are no cubicles, and it only had a large spacious room where it was filled with showers. Then Herro found the reason why. If they will use a cubicle, it will take a long time for them to finish bathing.

Then a wandering thought entered Herro's mind, [If there is a single bathroom here, then... Hehehehe]

Then she threw a weird look at Kira with his smug face.

It was as if Kira was able to read Herro's mind and said, "I already took my bath after I cooked the Adobo."

When Herro heard what Kira had said, he was startled and flinched uncontrollably.

He wanted to refute but couldn't find the words to do so, and he just responded, "Ok, gonna take my bath now." Then he started to remove his clothes while Kira was still inside the room.

Kira was startled when she saw Herro started to undress. "Ahhhhhh!' Kira shouted in shock at how the situation escalates so fast.

Herro was also startled and looked back at Kira and said, "What? Is there any problem?"

Kira blushed and hurriedly exited the room. Then, after a while, Herro realized that he undressed his clothes in front of a lady. He blushed and shook his head from embarrassment.

Herro turned on the shower. The cool water that came out of the shower felt refreshing after it touched his skin.

The bloodstains in his body were washed away. He found a soap from the side and grabbed it. It was still moist, and he concluded that Kira had used this soap.

After using the soap to wash his body, he felt even more refreshed. The dried blood stains and dead skin in his body were washed away after he rubbed them.

After he felt that the cleanliness of his body was more than enough to satisfy him, he got out of the bath. Kira had already provided a towel for him, and he used it to dry his wet body. Then, he used the towel to cover his lower body.

Then he walks towards the used clothes he hanged and grabbed them. Kira already told him while they were heading here in the bathroom that there is a washing machine outside.

Then he exited the bathroom to wash his clothes. Then when he stepped outside of the bathroom, the towel that was covering his lower body suddenly came off.

Herro didn't feel embarrassed or startled because he knew that he was alone.

The fact that he believes which he is just alone outside the bathroom was broken when he heard a loud ear-splitting shrill coming from a girl.

"AHHHHHHHH!" Kira shouted after seeing Herro's naked body. Her face was red in embarrassment, and she covered her face and eyes with her hands.

When Herro realized from Kira's shout that he was not alone in the laundry room, he also shouted, even louder than Kira.

Then he immediately grabbed the towel that was lying on the ground and hurriedly covered his lower body with it.

"Why the hell are you here, Kira!?"
