"Leave the two of us alone," said Tuscany after Ivory had bandaged the cut marks on her right hand.

Rex languidly drew closer to his mother, his eyes never leaving mother's hands. "You're too fixated on my hands, you better see my face,"

Tuscany held Rex's face to look her in the eyes. Rex bit his lip to keep the tears from falling again. He didn't want to look weak in front of his mother. He now has to protect his mother, he has to avenge what his mother sacrificed for him.

"I'm going to stay away from Nesa," said Rex.

Tuscany smiled hearing that. She nodded and hugged Rex, what she expected finally came out of Rex's mouth. It's fine for her to lose her hand as long as Rex stays away from Nesa.
