Dream of Itachi.

" How much are you sure that the Hokage will be able to create a world without war? And for how long will that peace will be present before destroyed by the wars?".

"That....".

" Only time will tell, Ha".

"Instead of waiting for Hokage to make the world a better place to live, why don't you use your own power to make the world a better place".

" And how do I make the world a better place? Even if I become the most powerful shinobi like Shodaime Hashirama Senju sama the peace achieved will be only temporary till I am present, but after my death the war will start again, like how there was peace after Shodaime-sama created the Konoha village but after his death, the first shinobi world war started which took the lives of many shinobi's including Nidaime Senju Tobirama sama and after it second shinobi world war and recently the third shinobi world war ended taking the lives of many shinobi same as the lives of insects".

"For that reason, I have made a dream if you help me in achieving my dream then I say for 100% that for next 6-7 generations of time, there will be no large-scale war like now which will take the lives of many people ".

" What is your dream that will make the war to stop".

"Shishui war can never be stopped even if you take away chakra from all the peoples".

Since even in ancient times before Kaguya had arrived on this planet war happened all over the place for one reason or the another. Even back on Earth, the history of Earth is full of war and even after the end of World War II, war happened in some places like the middle east and other places where a strong developed country would deploy its soldiers in the name of whatever reason and occupy the place. And some neighboring countries hated each other so much that they even know the consequences of war and still fought the war for some reason which was not that important to let the lives of their soldiers be lost on.

"If war cannot be stopped then how are you going to make the world a better place???".

"I said that war can never be stopped but I never said that war cannot be delayed".

"What do you mean by that!!'.

" See first I will tell you my dream and then I will tell you how the war can be delayed. Listen carefully".

"My dream is to make a 'Shinobi Empire' and abolish this village system and create a single shinobi Empire where all the shinobi will come from".

" How can you think of abolishing the village system it was created by the shodaime-sama".

"Shishui see shodaime-sama dreamed that no longer any young children have to die on the battlefield but you all better know than me that how better are the results of shodaime-sama are".

" And about the surety of no large-scale war till 6-7 generations of time, that is very simple as when we will create the Empire there will be no other power having shinobi all the shinobi will come under one large banner of the Empire. And there is no need to think that there will be no infighting between the shinobi, we will allow some infighting in a controlled manner and most of all do you know what lies beyond the seas and what lies beyond the sky???".

"No, I don't know what lies beyond them but why is it a necessity for building an Empire".

"Shishui you know that in life a person must have a reason, an ambition to live a life of human if he doesn't have it and just lives his life just because he is born then there will be no meaning to his life".

" Similarly, if you create an organization be it a village, a country, or an empire it must also have a reason for its existence, or it will only just be collapsed by its own people".

"So you are saying that the reason and goal of your empire will be to find out what lies beyond the sky and the seas".

" That is right after the empire is built I will emphasize the people find what lies beyond the world we know now which will also to distract the world from war for the time being because it is not easy go beyond the world we know now of so it will take some time and I have roughly calculated that the time will be around 6-7 generation of time and even after it if the war will start than it is a duty of that generation to solve it".

"Ok, I will think that there will be no war for some generation after creating the empire, but do you even have the power first to create the empire".

" Don't worry Shishui I will clearly show you the power which will create the first-ever shinobi Empire of this world".

After saying that the eyes of Itachi turns to fully matured 3 tomoe sharingan.

"Itachi you have awakened the fully matured Sharingan". Said Shishui with slight shock because Itachi was only four old boy now and there is no precedence of anyone even awakening the sharingan at the age of four but here Itachi does not only have awakened sharingan but it is fully matured 3 tomoe sharingan, if any Uchiha genin and chunin would know this then they will be ashamed to show their face in front of Itachi because a small boy is better than them and if the elders and jounin of the clan got to know it then will be elevated to the heights of the sky with just their happiness.

"But Itachi even if have awakened a fully matured 3 tomoe Sharingan it is not capable enough to build a shinobi empire there are lot others who have fully matured 3 tomoe sharingan and even if you somehow awaken the mangekyou like me even then it is not possible to build an empire just with it".

"I know Shishui that a single person with fully matured 3 tomoe sharingan doesn't even stand a chance to create a shinobi empire. That is just a small part of my power as a respect to you as a friend I will show you my full power which I have kept restrained from my birth". How can a mere sharingan be compared to the power of Saitama, with just fraction of his power he can literally wipeout all the shinobi except some of the Otsutsuki's and Naruto and Sasuke at their peak time, for them he will just have to increase small amount of his power and they also be taken care of.

" But first let's leave the mind space, so that I will show you my true power".

After saying it both Itachi and Shishui comes out of the interconnected mindspace of their own. And Itachi leads Shishui outside the village and finds a secluded place where there are no people miles around it. The place they found was a mountain on which no one lives and around it also no villages or settlement are present around it. Both of them climbs up the mountain.

"Here we are no will disturb us and no one will no anything about it".

" Do we have to come this far you even shook of the anbu's who would usually just watch you from far and how did you know to shake off your pursuers???".

"Oh, the first lesson father taught me was about how clean your tracks, how to shake off from pursuer and how to find out where enemies are present and some more extra teaching and training".

" You will know why we have to come here in just a minute".

After saying that Itachi lifts up his hand and forms a fist from it and stretch it to the back just like a bow is drawn to it's limit to build the power up and in an instant a releases a punch from his hand towards air in front of him. The moment the power is drawn from his body to the surrounding the air in front of him vibrates up which can be seen by the naked eye and a shockwave is released to all of the surrounding, the shockwave is so fast and powerful that just by being standing behind Itachi, Shishui feels the dread of facing such power the moment Itachi had stretched his hand is the moment he started to have bad premonition that he is in the presence of a ferocious monster and not a beast but a monster which could eradicate you with just his simple action of sneezing. After seeing the power of the punch Shishui thinks what would have been happened if that punch was directed to the mountains below them, he was sure that if the punch was directed at the mountain then the mountain would have turned to dust in matter of time so there is not even need to think what would happen to a person if that punch is directed towards them, even the God of shinobi is not guaranteed to come out unscathed from this punch.

Oh what pack of power that punch had I have just used half of my power in that punch and I don't even have acquired full power of Saitama. With just this much power I am sure that I will be in counted in top powers of this world. This power is similar to the power of Madara and Hashirama using their Sussano and Mokuton constructs.

"So what do you think now am I capable of creating the first ever Shinobi Empire??".

" How do you have such ridiculous amount of power!!!! I am sure you have not even used any chakra there".

"What can I say to you it's just I am born like that".
