I sat there tied to a chair, almost completely naked the only thing left on my body was my boxers, not that it was doing much good seeing that it was completely wet.

If only I knew I was going to be kidnapped today maybe I would have dressed up.

Then there is that stupid dripping water, I mean couldn't they do better for a place to keep me, seeing that they would only want money, I see no reason for them to put me in such a place.

Hell if they treat me well, I'll even cooperate with them after all I want this situation done with, and it's not like the family lacks money.

Finally, after waiting what seemed like forever they finally came, it really upsetting to be taken hostage by newbies, at least the last few times things happened quicker.

This is clearly the difference between a professional and a newbie.

" You idiots, really are newbies, do you have any idea who I am?" the tied-up man questioned.

" I'm, Alexander Vasileios how dare you keep me locked up in this place, even if you kidnapped me for money I'll make sure you get the lowest amount possi.."

He was cut off as a fist smashed into his face flinging his head to the right.

The surprise overwhelmed everything else, even the pain he was currently feeling, Alexander wanted to believe this was a dream, but the two teeth on the ground covered in blood made it hard.

He quickly used his tongue and stretched his mouth, sure enough, two of his front teeth were missing.

Quickly turning and facing his attacker Alexander's previous attitude was gone all that was left was fear, but surprisingly it didn't show, his facial expression was normal.

As blood dripped down his face he stared at his attacker, and the others present, and stayed silent.

"Oh, it seems you learned to stay quiet, I like that you learn quickly." The man in the lead said with a smile on his face.

"Hahahahaha." the others just laughed, but Alexander kept silent.

" You hide your fear well, but it is clear as day to me, I can see it in your eyes, but I'm not surprised."

" After all, your entire family was the same, expressionless on the outside, but full of fear on the inside, I bet your grandfather never thought things would come to this when he made his decision back then." The man spoke with clear anger.

Alexander kept wisely silent, but his body was shaking whether in fear or anger over hearing about his family's death, or both it didn't matter as it seems it annoyed the man.

Seeing Alexander shaking, The man approached him quickly, with his fist clenched.

Blow after blow rained down on Alexander's face, as teeth flew out and his once handsome face became disfigured, jaw broken, nose broken and eyes bleeding.

"AHHHHHHHH!!!!"

Was the only sound that Alexander managed to make to express the pain he was feeling.

On the other hand, the man was busy catching his breath.

" Go get me the defibrillator, the car battery, pliers, a tub of water with a towel, and a drill." said the man as some from the group that was following him ran off to get the things.

" Can't have you dying too easy on me now can I?" He said as he looked at Alexander, who could barely breathe with his broken nose and was losing a lot of blood.

All Alexander could do was struggle to breathe, to continue to live, he still had the smallest glimmer of hope that he could survive this situation.

Alexander was the only child of his parents two very rich and influential people in America, their company is right up there just behind Stark because the two companies focused on two different fields they have never had any problems with each other.

Having such a background Alexander as expected was very proud, and arrogant but he was still a good person who could help someone if needed.

But Alexander had been kidnapped a number of times, and each time ended the same, with his parents paying the money asked to get him back.

This year he was already nineteen and had graduated from University and everything, the last thing he would expect would be getting kidnapped again and finding out his family has been killed off.

This wasn't for money clearly, which fell outside of Alexander's ability to solve right now the only thing he could think to do was hide his fear and pain as much as possible, like he was thought by his parents, after all as they always said.

" A Vasileios must never show their emotion or pain to their enemy, or anyone you don't care about."

He had lived by this code to this day, and from what the man said his parent did the same, he would not give him the satisfaction by showing his fear or pain.
