In Another World As A Cultivator

I enthusiastically reply to an old man that I have helped cross the road.

As I run to the other side of the road, I suddenly heard a loud honking sound. A light flashes in my direction as I turn towards the source of the light. I see a truck heading towards me.

Am I going to die? No way! I, Seref will not accept it! Especially, I won't die from such a cliche death! The world needs me to help more people! Therefore, I cannot die!

Good thing, I study and train myself to overcome this death flag.

I quickly jump upwards which lift me 2 meters high up in the air. In the blink of an eye, the truck speed towards me and I land on the front of the truck.

Without wasting a second, I instantly perform a backflip, and the truck zooms to the end of the road, crashing to a nearby wall.

I land on the ground without any injuries whatsoever. It is a good thing that I had created the Otaku's Manual to solve any anime scenarios.

After escaping from death's door (except for the truck driver since I'm sure he died due to severe brain damage), I quickly skedaddle from the death scene.

After running from who knows how long and where I run out of breath and notice that I am beside a tree. I sit on the grass-filled ground and lean on the tree while waiting for my stamina to recover.

As I look at the majestic sky above me, I saw a shooting star heading towards the city at high speed.

Well, what are the chances of a meteor landing at the place where I'm resting? With that thought in mind, I calmly witness the descent of the burning meteor.

I have accumulated a lot of good karma in this life. Surely, I will not die from a natural disaster since I have done nothing wrong to anger the Gods.

After several seconds have passed, I calculate the trajectory of the shooting star and I found out that the meteor is falling towards me.

What is worst is that I still haven't recovered my stamina.

It seems that it is my time to ascend to the afterlife.

"Meteor, any last words?"

[Meteor: Hey! That's my line!]

I Seref, have only regretted in this life.

I forgot to clear my web browser's history!

As I wait for my impending doom while admiring the spectacle in front of me, a single thought appears on my mind.

I contemplate as I partially blame myself for not adding the death by a meteor on the Otaku's Manual.

As I open my eyes, I saw an old man wearing a traditional robe while lowering his head.

"I deeply apologize for the blunder I have caused! I neglected to check for people earlier before I disposed of the lightning and meteor."

The old man apologize to me and a black-haired person beside me in a worried and apologetic tone.

I can't see the old man's expression so I am not sure whether he is faking it or not but something tells me that he exudes a divine presence.

A higher being or God perhaps?

A year ago, I have sensed a divine presence from a teenager but weaker compared to this old man when I was attending Hatsune Miku's live concert.

So, I am 80% sure that this old man is a higher being, if not a god.

"Are you a God?"

I ask the old man for confirmation.

"I am indeed a God."

Well, that explains the divine presence he exudes and the reason why the three of us are on a simple 4.5 tatami room with no wall or ceiling that floats above the clouds. There is a low dining table along with a tea cabinet and an old fashion television and a black rotary-dial telephone.

The black-haired person beside me is unfazed by the current situation as he casually sips the green tea that he obtains from the low dining table.

The old man apologized again as he further explain our current circumstance and he admits that he is the cause of our death.

The black-haired person wearing school attire and I accept his apology.

God also told the black-haired person and me that the world the three of us are in is THE WORLD OVER HEAVEN! Or specifically, the Divine Realm or Realm of Gods.

"I cannot resurrect the two of you back on Earth due to some rules but I can do it in another world. Any requests before I resurrect you two to another world?"

The black-haired person named Touya takes out a smartphone from one of his pockets.

"Can I bring my smartphone with me?"

"Of course, I will even allow you to charge it using magic."

Touya asks while I was unfazed by the current scenario.

God explains another world and tells Touya about the new features that he is going to add to Touya's smartphone.

Afterward, God improves Touya's abilities using his divine powers and he sends Touya to another world, leaving only God and me in the floating room.

"You are Seref, right?"

"Yes. Seref, without any surname."

I answer God's question.

"Since you have accumulated Good Karma to the point of breaking the Universe Record, I will grant you three wishes before sending you to the same world as Touya."

The God says while performing a number 3 hand sign.

"I know that more or infinite wishes aren't allowed so I will not ask about it, My first wish is for you to grant me the ability to perform immortal cultivation while having a prodigy amongst prodigies' talent regarding immortal cultivation. My second wish is to possess a physique that allows me to absorb and convert all kinds and types of energies into spiritual qi and vice versa which I will name as Universal Energy Conversion Physique."

"My last wish is for you to create me a personal world with unlimited spiritual qi and time ratio of one million to one second in the world that you are going to send me. Also, my world should only have me as the current existing human but I can allow other humans to enter my world."

I say to God while explaining my three wishes.

"Alright."

God snaps his finger and I suddenly feel a surge of energy residing inside my body.

"You can now create a portal to your world anytime and anywhere you like. I have also given you the coordinates of the world that Touya is at so you can travel to it after you finish your cultivation."

"Thank you so much, God!"

I express my thanks as I perform a 90 degrees bow towards God while creating a portal besides me.

"I will see you some other time, God. Possibly a billion years from now."

I bid farewell and I enter the portal that I have created.

I step out of the portal and I saw beautiful scenery in front of me. Countless dragons and phoenixes roam the skies while different types of beasts inhabited the ground.

I absorb the spiritual qi around me into my qi sea.

"I broke through from being a mortal into starting my path of immortal cultivation. I am now at qi flowing realm first layer!"

I sit down on the ground and I start to suck the surrounding spiritual qi into my qi sea like a blackhole.

Ten billion years have passed and finally, I achieve an existence beyond Divine Immortal Realm. That is. Immortal Deity!

My Dao is all. The Omni-Dao or the path of all is what I have pursued and achieved! Even with a prodigy amongst prodigy talent, it took me several hundreds of millions of years to achieve Omni-Dao while the remaining years were spent on cultivation and comprehending the Heavenly Dao.

I have also comprehended all laws of the universe such as the law of space, the law of time, the law of casualty, and other laws.

"It's time to explore the other world. I wonder what Touya is doing right now."

I mutter to myself as I create a portal to the other world using the coordinates given by the World God. I have also discovered the identity of most Gods while I was comprehending the truth of the universe so I know that the old man is the God who manages worlds.

I enter the portal that I have created and I arrive at a forest.

After arriving at a forest, I feel a familiar presence along with the presence of two unfamiliar presence. There are also several presences of the monster race.

Time to test my power!
