I write what I want.

After 3 months of being pumped full of medicines, stuck with various needles, stripped of pretty much all dignity and clothes, the blonde man on the table just couldn't hold out anymore. 2 weeks of strong covid ravaged his body before the hospital, then a lovely case of pneumonia to ravage his lungs, Fever tore apart his mind leaving behind hallucinations and confusion. He fought on, but he was just a normal guy whose body can only take so much.

Outside the hospital room a pair of orange lights blended in with the christmas lights surrounding the various trees. (Ironically as I'm writing this it's really going on outside, a pair of truck lights are looking at me through the christmas tree lights)

The loud beeping of monitors finally cut off and he finds himself in a large white room. Quite a bit of weight had fallen off his body, sweat and glue from wires and medicine covered him making him look and smell disgusting, His usually sandy blonde hair was matted with sweat, his pants were some normal hospital pants and a pair of yellow no slide hospital socks, over his front was a blue hospital nightgown just to preserve some dignity.

"So, I didn't make it huh?" he sat at a white chair and wiped some sweat off his brows pulling off some stuck on sensors from numerous monitoring machines.

"Afraid not lad. But you gave it a good fight even if you wanted to give up a bit later on." A voice says.

"Yeah, I was pretty confused about the whole thing probably due to the high fever messing with my mind and causing me to see things." Ryan the newly deceased said before leaning back in the chair and looking more zombie than human, sunken cheeks, slack skin, almost ghostly skin if not for the slight yellowing of it, various bruises and other wounds on his body from tests and medicines.

"That's a contributing factor. But the good news was you stuck through til the end and didn't take the easy way out. Now you get to honor your promise about a multiverse trip and enjoy your second life. Positive karma does help with that, and recently you let out alot of good karma." The voice says.

"So new world and wishes?" Ryan asks still feeling a tad bit tired and out of it, but more focused then he had been in he doesn't know how long.

"Something like that." 3 small glowing coins appeared in the white area. "You will gain a few boons, and get to travel to different worlds. You do however have to go as yourself. You can unlock more worlds the stronger your body gets. People been real greedy and monotone with their wishes lately so try to entertain me." The voice explains.

Ryan nods. "So what now?"

"Now you make your wishes." The god answers.

"Are there any limits to what I can wish for?." Ryan ask calmly plans already forming in his mind.

"There are, no going back to your previous world. Other than that everything else is free game." The voice explains.

A large grin spreads across Ryan's face. However he knows there is one thing you have to do with wishes, that is be incredibly specific, or often the wishes can be warped and become annoying and limited.

"For my first wish, I want an empty omnitrix. However besides alien DNA I want for for it to be able to scan all bloodlines, doesnt matter if it's a fallen angel, an uchiha, a saiyan, hell even a vampire or werewolf. I want it to be a soul bound item, capable of upgrading DNA if better options are found, so if I scanned a ninja, then I could gain a body with chakra like a normal ninja, but if I scanned a ninja with ice release my ninja form would gain that. I don't want a stupid time limit on it and i want to be able to activate it mentally. Give it a mix and match option so I can create my own forms too." Ryan has great hope for this item to play around with plus he didn't know where he was going exactly.

"Granted." A white orb with a gold and black button on the front appears before being pushed into his chest. "You left out the ability to make clothing for your forms so I made sure to add that."

"Oh! Thank you very much." Ryan says happily.

"No problem, now what about your second wish?" The god asks.

"Well for my second wish I kind of want the same thing, except instead of DNA, what I want is for it to scan weapons. Kind of like the shield from Shield Hero Rising. Except I dont want it to be limited to just a shield. Swords, Spears, Staffs, Jars, Shields, Bows, Guns, Chains, you get my drift. So for example I scan a dagger with a poison ability i could creat the same dagger, but I could also add the effects to a sword I create. Being able to mentally control the weapons would be nice. If it could not be just limited to weapons, like necklaces, armor, rings, etc. I would appreciate it." Ryan requests and a new orb pops up this time with a gray button.

"Interesting wishes, I assume the last one will also be intriguing?" The god asks.

"Yep for my last wish I want the same thing, however this time I want for it to be an internal world, capable of scanning environments, other internal worlds and spaces, planets, transplanting plants and other materials too so if I find a rare tree or something I can transplant it to a perfect environment for it to grow. I want to be able to access it mentally and adjust areas to my whims. Being able to bring in people and animals would also be great and I would like for them to be active at all times so that things can grow and live or being able to pause in case I get some time related item. It should also be able to produce various energies like cultivation energies. Protections should be added too like I don't want some stray god just jumping into my internal worlds and causing mischief." The last wish is finally made.

This time another orb with a green button appears and dives into his chest completing his 3 wishes.

"Fascinating wishes, I've seen the omnitrix before however I havent seen anyone try to adjust it like that or make alternatives." The god says. "I'm curious as to what you will do with them. Also your world has been decided I want to see what you will make of it. Just remember when you get the DNA you would still need to train the body as they would start off at the basic level."

"Which world am I starting on?" Ryan asks curiously.

"Let's just say it's a bit of a mash up AU." The god says. "You will be given basic information, and the basic items needed for you such as clothes and some starting funds along with basic identification and all that. To everyone else it will be that you had lived in that world your entire life."

"Oooh that's different." frowning for a second Ryan considers his options. "Alright then, I guess I cant really complain."

'Could honestly be worse, could be that fucking fate universe.' Ryan shivers slightly at that.

"Let's get your body design done and then you can head out on your way." The god says as a screen pops up.

Ryan adjusts it to look like his previous body, rather tall, at 6 foot 3, short sandy blonde hair, steel blue eyes. Of course he adjusts the weenie to be a bit bigger after all who wouldn't? Not something crazy like those stories with 12 inch cocks but something more realistic after all who doesnt want a few more inches.

Clicking confirm his eyes flash and he finds himself in a completely different area.

Looking around it seems to be some sort of lab like room and he is currently sitting at a large wood table.

In walks a man in a lab coat with a tablet in his hand.

"Ryan Grim, 18 years old, graduated high school with decent grades. You've purchased a premium trainers package to start on your journey so let's start with that." The man says grabbing what appears to be some kind of trunk and placing it on the table.
