I'm not good with summaries Just know that this story is another reincarnation story where our Mc is born again in a Wuxia World. In a world we shall call Gaia, humans are wrought by terror-inducing creatures, called Spirits, created by all present energy found everywhere called Qi. Humans were brought to near extinction until humans learned to use Qi to power themselves up to face off against the Shade. After the sacrifice of many heroes, humans had reached a standstill with the Spirits and have now become preoccupied with themselves. Now, the world has become divided into three parts. The savage lands of Kolasi, the kingdoms of Perfanie and the islands of Dikastri. After a drunken stupor that ended with drowning in the sea, a middle-aged man is reborn as a newborn child in Dikastri.

Inside a cruise ship drifting through the sea, men and women of all ages are enjoying their time under the company of each other as they drink, eat and talk. Their celebration is done in a big hall that could be found in said cruise and hanging on the walls are decorations and banner that says a company name with a subtitle that says "Listed in Forbes top 50". While everyone is inside having the time of their lives, one lone man walks up to the side railings of the ship as he looks at the bleak sea that seems endless and bottomless in nature.
As the man leans onto the railings, he hangs his head dead in view of the void os the sea. As he stays there he brings ups a bottle of champagne to his mouth and he chugs the last remaining remnants of the liquid in the bottle. As he finishes up he throws the empty bottle into the sea in an act of releasing his sorrows.

(I shouldn't have done that should I, I don't know if it's illegal but probably is. Hopefully, no one saw me littering in the sea in an act of environmental damage)
As the man wallows in the sight of the sea he hears a shout coming from the party, beckoning him to join up. Lifting up his body from the railings and turning his eyes away from the sea, he turns his sight back to the shining lights coming from the party. He turns his body and as he moves forward he somehow slips a falls backward and over the railings that really should be taller to prevent such happenings. As he falls into the sea, the fall knocks the breath out of him and he swallows some of the water. As he falls deeper into the sea he doesn't struggle against the loving embrace of the sea as he falls deeper and deeper into it. His vision gets dimmer and dimmer until no more light is seen.
As the man enters complete darkness, he feels heavy pressure all over his body starting from his head all the way to his legs. As his body is constantly under pressure, he starts eyes start to see light in contrast to the dark waters he was previously in. Unable to hold the pain any longer, he starts to scream in pain but what comes out instead was the wail of a baby as he enters the world for the first time. Though it was hard to tell because of the pain, he feels hand holding his body as he was moved from one person to another until he finally ends in one person's hands. The person that is now holding the newborn baby is Eliya Woods and as she holds her child in her arms, she calls his name.
"O my son, your name will be Ouren Woods"
