Part 1: Dean's fear

Yellow River Academy:

The dean is looking at the live video where the media people are reporting from the incident site in Velbor City.

Looking at the utter destruction, he doesn't know what to say for a moment. Things are getting beyond his hands. It's hard to say the incident is not related to them.

He then taps the screen then the image comes up. A huge black sea wave hits the hotel building. If not for the city being landlocked by all four sides, others would have believed it was a natural disaster.
