(takes place after the events of Chapter 1: Corruption) after losing one of their own to Corruption, Commander Novacypher and the other nikke's start recovering from the traumatic event that has happened at the start of their journey. during their recovery, rapi encounters an innocent traveler who is not from this world.
It's been hours since the incident, and the commander along with Rapi and Anis have decided to Return to the Ark so they can report back to Shifty.
Commander Nova Cypher began playing the events over and over in his head as he was trying to both cope and process what happened.
Marian was dead, and thanks to the corruption that took control of her, he had no choice but to shoot and kill her when Marian had to help the Commander put her out of her misery.
'Comman...der! Thank you... for your... bandage." Marian's words echoed as he was still in shock from what had just played out.
"Commander Nova Cypher." Rapi asked as she brought him out of his train of thought, "Are you ok."
"y-yes just need to process my thoughts." Commander Nova Cypher began to respond as rapi nodded, "Okay take your time, don't be afraid to ask if you need me." she said as the commander nodded.
The sun was already starting to set as they were leaving the area and leaving the surface.
