In another universe, Quartz Planet, Eclipse Mansion.

In the main hall, there are twenty elders with angry faces while looking at the young man lying on the ground whose clothes are tattered bloodied, and swollen face.

Clearly, this young man offended someone and was beaten until he passed out. After five minutes, a maid holding a box with great care arrived and gave it to one of the elders.

"Bastard! How dare they hurt my son?! This is clearly slapping the face of our Eclipse Family!" A middle-aged man said whose face is similar to the young man who passed out.

Obviously, it is the young man's father, the patriarch of the Eclipse Family, Harry Eclipse.

Harry immediately took out an elixir from the box and forced the young man to eat it. After a minute, the young man slowly opened his eyes with confusion wondering why there are a lot of old guys looking at him.

"Where am I?"

The young man asked with confusion but suddenly, a huge pain assaulted his mind making him groan and memories suddenly appeared making him think his head is swelling.

It is only after a minute that he realized everything. He was previously just an ordinary cynical young man on Earth, however, while he was walking on the road he suddenly felt pained in the head but it turns out it was actually a bullet.

And now, he has a second life! A being gave him a second life and even giving him such a powerful background and pampered him as he is only the heir.

"From now on, I will forget the past and I will be Max Eclipse!" Max said to himself with great determination.

Suddenly, he heard a voice that seems to be calling him.

"Max? Max? Are you all alright?" Harry asked his son with a worried face and but deep in his eyes, you can see terrifying killing intent.

Max was startled and immediately looked up and saw it was his predecessor's father. Although he possessed the memories of his predecessor, feelings cannot so he still felt awkward but he has to pretend.

"I'm okay Dad it's just those Nexus Family are bastards, especially their heir," Max said to Harry with great resentment in his face.

Although he wasn't the one who got beaten but his predecessor, he inherited the memories and his body so it's natural he will also get furious otherwise his father and the rest will notice something.

Harry stared at his son and asked, "Why did they beat you?"

The other elders also listened curiously, after all, their Eclipse Family is one of the top fifty strongest on the planet.

When Max heard it, he smiled awkwardly while scratching his head and couldn't help but cursed his predecessor.

"Well, I just tried to soak the princess of Houston Family," Max said while looking at his father with an innocent smile.

However, when Harry heard it he almost got a heart attack. Houston family belongs to the top ten families while they are just from the top 42.

Such behemoth almost left him breathless. There are billions of women on the planet but he doesn't know why this bastard son has to choose that girl.

The other elders were also speechless and the event felt that once their Eclipse family will be on his shoulder, it will immediately collapse.

"Bastard thing! Why do you have to choose the princess of the Houston family? Do you know they hold half of financial on this planet?!" Harry said angrily while looking at his useless son.

Max touched his nose and stood up patting his butt and replied, "Okay dad, this is my fault. I will not do something that will affect our family's interest anymore."

Harry and the rest elders showed great surprise on their faces as they naturally know that Max only likes to pick up girls.

Unfortunately, they didn't know that the Max they knew already died after getting beaten and a cynical young man from Earth possessed his body.

"Then you should practice Martial Arts so you can protect yourself from now on," Harry said with a pleased smile on his face, his bastard son finally know how important it is to have strength.

Max also nodded and repeatedly told them that he will start practicing and immediately left to go to his room so he can sort the memories on his mind.

"Finally, the young master now knows how important it is to have strength and will now carry some burden on the family." One of the elders said with a smile.

"That's right the young master needs to grow otherwise it will be bad if our enemies will attack him."

Harry's face became gloomy knowing there are some ants that are trying to resist them and will probably try to use his son. But remembering the sincere face of his son, he immediately felt relief and the gloom on his face dissipated.

After Max reached his room, he immediately sorted his thoughts and slowly understand this alien world. Suddenly, he heard a cold, mechanical voice in his mind.
