Filial couple

Three weeks has passed ever since they got back from abroad and started living in JN mansion as per grandma Brown's wish.

Nothing much had changed in their lives just this time they were forced to be even more closer than how they used to be after all they were living in the family so they tried their best to appear normal like any couple.

Now they were sleeping in Leon's room which was slightly changed to accommodate them both, everything was alright but sharing the same bed was a bit uncomfortable they had to sleep at the edge of the bed but almost all the time he wouldn't be on the same bed as her.

Almost all the time she did find herself on bed his side not touched in fact Emily had never seen Leon sleep before her, he was always busy with something and sleep very late she doesn't even know when he actually wakes up she always found herself on the bed. Although they never talk about their weird way of living and sleeping this still bothered her.

As they continued with their way of living unknown to them they were closely watched by someone,

their everyday activities that never seem to change as if a mode, from outside they seem like a perfect couple but inside they were not less than siblings.

It was weekend, Joanna had brought her friends home and luckily today Emilia had no work so she decided to spend her day at home, Joanna had bugged her join the girl's chitchat something that she usually doesn't do Emilia had only one friend who was also a doctor and busy as her so they hardly had time for these things.

Emily tried to accommodate them that was until they started talking about embarrassing stories instantly making her blush and they teased her for being so shy despite being a married woman.

Not able to take their teasing Emily decided to excuse herself and went to

taking care of grandma Brown as they both did everyday.

They would usually greet grandma Brown early in the morning making sure she join them for small exercise, they eat breakfast with everyone and make sure she takes her medicine before they leave for work

when they come back home they would make sure she sleeps before they get to their room.

Like children they would compete for close space in Grandma's bed while coaxing her to sleep, everyone who saw their filial acts they find it very adorable the couple spend their available time tending to grandma Brown day and night making her health improve greatly nowdays even the servants were glad for their help in taking care of the stubborn old lady.

Father Brown was lost on what to say the disappointment he felt over himself kept multiplying everyday, he regret not keeping Leon close, he regret not being a good father to him for all these years Nancy was right after all! the boy was not at fault he was also a victim but he had failed to realize that as he was blinded by guilt and anger.

Now the boy has grown up into such a fine man he does not only take care of the company but also the house affairs as well, the family was so happy because of him and his mother's health seem to greatly Improve nowdays only because of him and his wife who pays close attention to her and grandma Brown was very happy around the two.

AT JN MANSION

Richard came all angry as he called out for his father.

" Dad you can not do that to me, why would you choose him over me ..why dad!!" Richard said angrily throwing away the document that was on his father's study room.

" Are you drunk?" Mr Brown asked nonchalantly ignoring his drunk son as he got up to leave, seeing that he became even more angry.

" Why did you do it father?.. why did you give that bastard child my company shares!! why?.. you think he is any better than me those shares are mine!.. I'm the only heir of the company not that bastard son of yours" Richard said loudly causing people in the living room to come even grandma Brown came only to witness a tight strong slap on Richard's face, everyone gasp at the sight.

" You!.. did you just slap me?.. you even slap me now for that fool" Richard said his eyes almost shedding tears.

for Twenty eight years now his father has never laid a hand on him but now he just slapped him openly because of his bastard child Richard left angrily not caring about everyone's wierd gaze on him.

Disappointed father Brown was still in daze ' what has just happened?' he had slap his son!

Yes the boy was too much already he had touch his sensitive part he couldn't take that, his affair was a sensitive topic to him also he couldn't take it the way he was insulting Leon, compare to him the boy had sacrifice a lot for the family how could his stupid son not see it, father Brown turn to look at his wife who was now staring at him in disbelief he went close to her and said sadly.

" Was I too much?, Isn't my love enough for him.. did I go somewhere wrong that he had become like that? tell me Nancy" Mr Brown said sadly looking at his wife who said nothing but envelope him into an embrace gently patting his back to comfort him

"No James you have been a very good father to our children a good leader of this family.. Richard is just not well, let's just give him some time " Mrs Brown said softly even she knew that her older son was too much but also didn't expect her husband to slap him like that it looks like she needs to talk to him.

Later on that night Emilia was busy preparing herself to go to bed as usual Leonard was no where to be found,

she was used to sleep alone now since most of the time Leon was either busy or unwilling to sleep with her

she was disappointed sometimes but what can she do, it not like it will change anything between them they were complicated.

As she kept making herself comfortable to sleep, she heard some noise coming from the window so she reluctantly got up and went to see what was going on? as her eyes kept looking at the window she felt strong hands circling her waist intimately before a steady muscular chest touched her back

rubbing her back gently feeling the heat of their bodies envelope her, she let out a soft sigh unintentionally, seeing her reaction the guy bend and kiss her earlobe before mumbling.

" You like it don't you?, I know my brother doesn't give you this sweetness but don't worry I'm going to make you happy tonight" Richard said with a hint of alcohol, he was clearly drunk

Hearing that Emilia quickly snap out and push him away from her making him fall down but the guy seem to enjoy the situation as he laughed lightly mocking her

" Isn't this amusing the wife doesn't even know her husband's whereabouts, how easily I could fool you " Richard said as he got up from the floor swaying a bit before making his way towards her

" wh.. what are you doing here?" Emilia asked with trembling voice as she looked worried, thin sweats started forming on her face as she saw her worse nightmare was happening again the one she had spent almost all her life recuperating from,

that horrible past that hunted her was here, the same screen was repeating again, one could see how afraid she was right now.
