I think it would be appropriate to start by introducing myself.

My name is Marie, and I was a pretty normal girl who liked to watch Anime. I was eighteen and had just entered the college I wanted.

From the way I'm talking as if everything was in the past, the penny must have dropped, right?

That's right. It's all in the past now, because I died.

How did I die? Well, I lived in a small apartment complex, and before I died, I smelled a strong smell of gas. I can only assume that some idiot neighbor left the gas on, and then lit some flame, which caused a huge explosion, causing the building to collapse.

I really should feel angry about this. After all, I died when I was only eighteen, and I couldn't even finish watching the climax of the anime episode that I was watching! Curiosity will haunt me forever!

But strangely, I don't feel any sort of vindictive feeling or anything like that.

The only thing I'm feeling at the moment is confusion about the scene I'm witnessing in the present moment.

''Ladies and Gentlemen! It looks like a new soul has been chosen to participate in the Wheel of Fate!! A round of applause please!''

A deafening sound of clapping and cheering made the whole place shake.

I am on a red round platform, and in front of me, there is a man with a Mic. He is dressed in very colorful clothes like a clown, and he wore an equally colorful top hat, which is so big that it also covers his features.

I look around, looking for the probably gigantic crowd that caused such a deafening cheering sound, but all I saw was darkness. It felt like the only things that existed here besides me, was the red platform, and the strange man.

''Umu Umu! You must be confused, right? You poor thing!'' The strange man said pityingly, and then I hear pitying voices from the invisible audience.

''What's going on? Shouldn't this be the afterlife?!'' I said, demanding an explanation.

''Well well well! You are not wrong! You are in AfterLife. More precisely, you are on the god's Reality Show from beyond, the Wheeeeeeeeel of Faaaaaate!'' The man responded euphorically, and the invisible audience responded in kind.

''Wait for a second! What the hell do you mean by Reality Show? Shouldn't I go to Heaven, Hell, Nirvana, or whatever?!''

''Hahaha! Looks like our esteemed guest is a little skittish! What you said is true! But you see, in the countless souls in the beyond, you've been chosen to be on the Reality Show! Isn't it great?'' He explains.

I still don't understand what he means, I know what a reality show is, but a reality show of the gods? What's the point of it?

Taking a deep breath, I calm down. ''Right. So, what is the purpose of this...Reality show?''

''Oh? It looks like you're more controlled than you look! I thought you would be jumping and screaming hysterically in confusion, but apparently not!'' He said with a sarcastic laugh, and the audience laughs along with him.

This little shit... Will it be okay if I kick him between the legs? I mean, I'm already dead anyway.

I see him close his legs instantly, and I smirk.

Looks like he can read my mind, huh? Well, whatever.

''Are you going to stay there protecting your little balls or are you going to explain why I'm here?'' I said trying to provoke him.

As I expected, the invisible audience started booing him in provocation as well. That's kind of fun.

''A-Ahem! Without further ado, let's get down to business!'' He coughed, looking a little shaken by the audience's booing him.

He snapped his fingers, and two giant roulette wheels appeared right behind him.

''The purpose of this Reality show is quite simple! You see, the Gods don't have any kind of fun or pastimes! Nothing at all! Therefore, this place was created in order to entertain them!'' He explained.

He then turns around and stands next to the first gigantic roulette wheel. ''One soul out of millions of hundreds is chosen from time to time, and we send them to other worlds of different dimensions. Of course, the soul will be blessed and will receive a gift from the gods. And that's what the first roulette wheel is for.''

''Press this button in front of you, and the wheel will spin. Gifts can be anything, such as a power, a lineage, an item, a new race, and so on.'' He finishes.

I look ahead and I got startled a bit. Before there was nothing in front of me, but now there is a pedestal with a red button on it.

I don't want to press that button, I just want to go to the beyond and be in peace... But it's probably not possible anymore, since I've been chosen.

I hesitantly press the button, and the gigantic roulette wheel begins to spin with various colors lighting it up, like a circus roulette wheel.

''The roulette wheel started to spin! What kind of gift will she receive? I hope she doesn't get a form of a worm! Even though that would be hilarious to see!'' The man commented and the audience laughed.

This guy is a piece of shit. Words have power, you idiot! Anyway, I hope I get something good...

Slowly the wheel began to lose momentum, and after a few seconds, it stopped. In the option that the arrow of the roulette pointed, there was a name with the color purple.

Eucliwood Hellscythe.

''Hohoho! Instead of power or item, you've gained a new identity, along with everything it has! This includes powers, memories, and equipment! You've had very good luck!'' The presenter said.

A new identity? Does that mean I'll become someone else? Well, that doesn't sound so bad.

If I'm not mistaken, that name is the name of the main heroine of a comedy anime. So does that mean that the dimensions of roulette also include anime worlds? Oh no...

''Now for the second roulette! Please press the button again! The second roulette will determine where you will be sent!'' The presenter says, now on the side of the second roulette.

I press the button and start praying to whatever god is watching the Reality show.

Please! If you're listening, don't let the outcome of roulette be a completely mad, cruel, and insane world!

The roulette wheel began to spin, and the audience began to cheer along with the presenter.

The second wheel started to stop, and then I saw the result.

Fairy Tail.

My legs give way and I breathe a sigh of relief. I look at the options right next to the result, and I see the names 'Blood-C' and 'Gantz'.

Thank God!

Now, I know that the World of Fairy Tail isn't all about friendship and roses, but it's way better than those other two! Like, infinitely better!

''Ohhh! Fairy tail! Luck smiled on you once again! Too bad, I wanted to see how you would do in Ganz's universe!'' The presenter says with disappointment.

Does this bastard want to see me suffer or something? Is he some sort of sadistic clown?!

''Hm-Hm! In conclusion, you will receive the identity of Eucliwood Hellscythe along with her powers, and equipment, and of course, you will know how to use it all, and you will go to Fairy Tail. That's it! Show us a good fun time! See you later!'' He bids me farewell with a wave.

''Wait! What I-!?''

Before I could finish my question, the red platform I was on opens up, and I fall into a dark limbo.

''Ugh...what happened...?''

Waking up from what felt like a long sleep, I open my eyes.

What I saw made me breathless.

A huge plain full of flowers and huge trees. Animals ran everywhere, many of them are animals I'd never seen. It looked like a setting in a magical world.

Looking at the magical scenery, a strong headache assails me.

''W-What is this...!''

Memories start popping up out of nowhere in my head. Memories of who I am now, and of my powers.

After what seemed like an eternity, the pain wore off, and I was finally able to breathe normally. But still, I couldn't help but be scared of myself.

'My power... It's scary...' I thought in all sincerity.

I know who I am now. I'm not Marie anymore, as much as I am 'still' her. I am now Eucliwood Hellscythe, or rather, a new Eucliwood Hellscythe.

I'm sure I'm not like the original Eucliwood, but I'm also sure we both agree on one thing.

This power of mine...our power...is not to be used lightly.

People can get hurt and die just from being around me, and I can't control that. And if somehow my armor is destroyed... I don't even want to think about it.

I'm probably in Fairy Tail. My power is somewhat similar to Zeref's, but it's much, much more dangerous.

I want to explore this fantasy world, but I also don't want to hurt anyone. I think the only option I have is to live alone.

I look at the magical scenery again and a small smile appears on my face.

'Living in such a beautiful place is not going to be so bad.'
