Dragon Ball : Luffa

Planet Vegeta.

Many troops were guarding a particular location on the red-looking planet because of its importance.

It is a highly technological place where all newborn Saiyans will spend time before being sent to different planets depending on their power level to accomplish different missions.

In one of the rooms where all the infant Saiyans were sleeping in bizarre capsules with tubes hooked to their mouths, one of the capsules had a slight movement, and the computer detected a trace of strange energy.

A crocodile-looking alien immediately looked closely at the computer and the data indicated.

"What happened?" Another strange alien questioned his colleague.

"The Data has changed... His power level went from 96 to 300 and then to 10,000, and then it dropped back to its original 96" The crocodile-looking alien replied with uncertainty, it was the first time such a thing had happened.

"What! 10,000!" His colleagues present were also shocked, such a high power level was impossible for a newborn.

Such a high number was the power of their king.

"Should... should we inform King Vegeta?"

The crocodile-looking alien who seemed to be supervising the place considered the supposition.

Maybe the machine just had a mechanical failure? But, disturbing a ruthless military commander without proof was certainly not a good idea.

"No... Just change the capsule of the Saiyan baby, it's only a malfunction"

The other aliens were silent, still not believing the power level displayed.

"What are you waiting for! Replace the capsule quickly… if the King Vegeta came to know that such a mistake had happened, then we all going to die!"

When the rest heard him, they trembled, then hurried to complete the task.

Immediately after the aliens left, the baby Saiyan whose capsule was replaced opened his eyes.

'Shit... I almost screwed it up' the baby thought with a surprised face.

Yes, he wasn't an ordinary Saiyan baby, he was a transmigrator.

'So it wasn't a dream...' He had a strange dream where he was offered to reincarnate in a world of his choice and choose his race.

'I am a legendary Saiyan!'

He transmigrated into the world of Dragon Ball, and became a Saiyan and apparently not an ordinary Saiyan. What was even stranger was that he could understand the language of those aliens.

'I do not know what year it is. Since Planet Vegeta hasn't been destroyed yet, that means the plot hasn't started. I need to find out the exact year'

He quickly calmed down and carefully thought about the next step. He could not guarantee that he would have Goku's luck and make it out alive.

Then he saw the transparent data displayed in the capsule, showing some basic information.
