In the vast cosmos two balls of light are suspended in the void. One Large and one small stood beside each other. At this moment flashes of light began to show on the two.

Small Light: Ok. For my second wish I would like all information on seals shown throughout Naruto and ones that are not shown. Including how to create and apply them.

Small Light: Ok. For my third wish I would like the ability to eat multiple devil fruits. As for choice of Power I would like the power to locate treasures or anything worth fighting over. Swords, gold, sea stone, ancient weapons, devil fruits etc.

Kingdom Of Atlantis

On a Hexagonal Island in the center most region a large castle stood proudly. It overlooked the entire Island as if to say I am King. Inside this castle a little boy was sitting leisurely in his room. He looked out the window with a smile on his face.

Ryu: So my names Legolas Ryu of the Legolas royal line. My father the current King is sickly and I am the only child. A wolf in sheeps clothing for an uncle. An arrogant cousin and a host of ambitious royals and ministers. This should be fun if I say do say so. But first things first finding a Devil fruit. And I know just the one. At this moment a large building and arrow appeared in Ryus sight. Looking at the building aswell the mark of himself and the fruit he was shocked. The reason is because they were both in the castle.

Ryu: No freaking way. This has gotta be divine intervention.

Getting off the bed Ryu opened the door to his room but stopped as a pair of legs are in front of him. Looking up he sees a maid with a tray of food and clothes. Looking at his memories this should be Sara. A fifteen year old long leg woman who took care of him.

Sara: Your Highness you have to eat and wash first before you go out to play.

Ryu: Sara eating and washing can wait. For now follow me to the treasury. We must acquire something at once.

Sara: Ah! Your Highness wait.

Sara walked behind Ryu with a confused expression.

After a few minutes Ryu and Sara finally made it to the treasury. However they got stopped by the gaurd at the door. Ryu frowned and so did Sara

Ryu: What do you think you're doing stopping me?

Gaurd: Prince Ryu your uncle His Highness Prince Felix ordered no one to enter the treasury for any reason. So ple..

Ryu: Dude you've got three second to move out of my way before I feed you your head.

The guard was shocked but held firm as he remembered Prince Felix's orders.

Gaurd: Prince Ry

Ryu:3 2... 1.. Sara may I see that tray.

Sara was stunned but still followed orders. Ryu grabbed the tray and smiled as he looked at it. Dropping the tray only a bowl of oatmeal in his hands. He threw it at the face of the guard who side stepped.

The bowl shattered upon impact on the vault door. The gaurd frowned as he looked at the oatmeal slowly falling just as he was about to complain he heard the childish voice of Ryu say.

Ryu: HEAVENLY KICK OF PAIN

The guards eyes shrunk as an unbelievable pain came from his ball sack. His face turned red as he gasped for breath as he fell to the ground. Ryu didn't stop there as he grabbed the guys sword and cut off the chair leg next to the vault door.

Picking up the round leg with bumpy edges Ryu looked at the gaurd. He was currently holding his junk in pain with his bum in the air. Aiming as best as he could Ryu jabbed at the guys bum with the stick as he yelled

Gaurd: Your Highness what are you. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

The sound of the gaurds scream echoed throughout the castle. The painful cry caused peoples hearts to tighten in fear. The cause of this phenomenon Ryu is currently staring angrily at the treasury room. The reason is that half of it is missing.

Although the treasury isn't big and cant compare to billions of beri. It still has a steady margin of a billion. However it now looks half empty causing Ryu to be angry. He himself had plans for that money. He was gonna have Vegapunk work for him before the world government captured him.

Ryu looked at the map in front of himself and hurried toward the spot. After moving the gold apart a small chest met his gaze. Opening it up an oddly shaped white fruit with cubes on it appeared. Looking at it he smiled and then frowned.

Ryu: Swallow it whole or take a bite.

Ryu looked at Sara who looked at him in confusion, shock and a little fear. Not caring Ryu took a bite of the fruit and felt his entire body and soul tremble from the disgusting taste. Ryu forcefully swallowed the disgusting fruit before throwing it against the wall. He looked at it in fear as he said

Ryu: Sara I'm ready to eat and bathe now. Oh also grab some rope so I can tie that guy up.

Ryu had plans for this guy. At this time the court should be open. That meeting should last until around 1 or 2. He had plenty of time to make a show. But right now he needed to get the disgusting taste out of his mouth. Sara left to get the rope and came back a few minutes later.

Ryu tied the guy up like a pig before covering his mouth with a cloth. Using the guy to train he pulled him all the way to his bath. After bathing and eating Ryu made a list of things he needed to do. 1 he needed to take the authority that a future King should have.

2 he needed to find Vegapunk and establish a good relationship. 3 he needed to establish a relationship with Wano to get sea prism stone. 4 build the Tower Of Power as fast as possible. 5 Go to sky Island and get the Lightning fruit and all the gold. 6 find 5 people to become his version of Five Elder Stars.

7 find the slow slow fruit. 8 establish a friendly relationship with Roger and WhiteBeard. 9 Kill Shiki for his fruit so as to combine other islands to it. 10 Increase the economy, population, popularity and Army of the Island. Of course all of these are important especially the Tower of Power. After organizing the list he set off towards his fathers room
