~I will be still and know you are God.~
"Come back to me." He whispered closing his eyes. Not long after, he fell asleep with her hand still in his.
...
Aaron opened his eyes and was surprised to see he wasn't in his seat neither was Sarah anywhere to be found.
He panicked.
"Sarah?!" He could barely make out anything. He couldn't identify where he was.
It was like a wilderness with hills all around with rocks scattered everywhere.
"Sarah?!" He called louder.
He heard a chuckle behind him.
He turned, only to see nothing behind him.
He heard the chuckle again, this time, it resonated all around him. He turned again and saw a dark figure standing a few feet away from him.
It was somewhat dark so he couldn't make out its face. It chuckled again and took a few steps towards him.
"You're still chasing after the wind. Don't you see she'll never love you? She's too good for you." The figure said.
Those words resonated deep inside of him.
