CHAPTER 1: FIRST ACT

The delinquents steps out from their class with their unmannered behaviour. They walk through the hallway and stumbles upon the four innocents Faiz, Tahir, Fauzi and Ahmad.

The leader puts out his hand out and all the members stopped.

Afran: Everybody stops for a second.

Every member stops in instance. Afran look to the left and sees the four innocent.

Afran: Have I seen you before?

The innocents shake their heads in fear. Afran then get close to one of the innocent Tahir.

Afran: Does not matter. You think I care about some peasants?

He hold out his hand to Tahir and Tahir look at his hand and laugh nervously.

Afran: What are you waiting for? Give it to me already.

Tahir laughs nervously in confusion of what Afran might be talking about. Afran looks at Tahir and his temper begin thinning quickly.

Afran: What do you think this is? A meet and greet? Just give me your money already!

Afran shouted at Tahir making Tahir loses strength in his leg and he slowly reaches into his pockets for the money. He handed Afran only 2 ringgit. Afran looks at him and laugh veraciously and switch his expressions to serious immediately.

Afran: You think this is what? A charity?

Afran slam his hand into the wall behind Tahir.

Afran: Give me all of it! I do not care if you are poor or rich! You think 2 ringgit is enough? I know you have more.

Afran aggressively pulls out money of Tahir's pocket.

Afran: See? I know you are not poor.

Naril reprimand Afran from behind.

Naril: Come on, that is enough. You are creating too much attention.

Afran looks besides him and see the other people in the building is looking at them with a dissatisfied face.

Afran: Lets go. The air is making me want to puke.

SCENE 2

Afran and the other members walk away from the scene and scares one of the innocent. After that they walk out of the building and heads towards their favourite place to hang out. Chong looks at Afran and notices he is not the same Afran and he sees something different in him. Chong ask Afran what might happen to him.

Chong; What happen to you man?

Afran looks at Chong with a poker face.

Afran; I don't know. Lately I feel like what I'm doing is actually useless.

Chong: You think so too? I mean we can't do this all the time. One way or another we still need to stop. If not now then when am I right?

Afran: But hey. We still need to have fun with our life. This is the only chances we get to have fun with each other.

Johan comes forward to the two of them while they are still holding their conversation.

Johan: Hey leader. Lets get more money from the four of them. I'm running low on cash right now. I still have my girlfriend to feed.

Afran looks at Johan and confront him.

Afran: I said we go if I demands it. Your problem is not my problem. I'm not the solution you're searching for.

Afran pulls Johan from the shirt to get their height equal.

Afran: You see. You being in a relationship is making this group vulnerable. You are making problem out of thin air you know.

All the other members become concerned as the atmosphere became tense after that.

Afran: So if you think that money urgently then go and get it yourself. Do not drag all of us down with you. Do you understand?

Johan is flabbergasted by Afran and the other members just got scared by him. Naril and Chong is unfazed by him because they know Afran is afraid of them.

Zahir: Leader. How about we go and have a walk beside the building just to clear our mind. Maybe it can release some of the tenses that is in your body.

He looks behind him and ask the other members.

Zahir: Right guys? I mean this is all been a quite a huge burden to us right?

The other members agrees to what Zahir just said. Afran looks at them and think about their choice.

Farid: I think that is a great idea leader. We rarely got to go outside and just walk without murderous intent spewing out of us. You might just say that people sees us as a walking weapon and also a walking problem.

Afran: You're right. We should really add that into our schedule.

The next day.

The delinquents walks beside a building and just talking to each other about their daily lives and suddenly they encounter a man. The man is just sitting on the bench and watching the sight. Afran looks at the man and just wonders what he might doing. He confronts the man with a dominating vibes.

Afran: Hey man. What are you doing here?

The man: Have you ever think why caterpillar can evolve into a butterfly? Didn't the caterpillar would think that it might be born as caterpillar and dies as a bird food?

Afran: What are you talking about old man?

The man: Our lives is really just like a banana you know. On the outside you would see only the skin and the black spots on the skin. But what they forgot to check is to peel the banana and you would be welcomed by a beautiful and sweet banana. Just like our life. We wouldn't know our talent unless we work to find it or we try it for ourselves.

Afran: What are you talking about old man? Stop messing my head up!

The man: You're the delinquents people are talking about. It's a pity that you chose to be in this life.

Naril: You better watch your mouth before I give you another sets of teeth.

The man: It doesn't matter if you hurt people physically or emotionally. You're only becoming a catalyst to their life. Reality is harsh you know. People like you exist in the entire world. You might as well say your life right now is a challenge between two strong power.

Chong: What do you mean by that?

The man: Just like business. You have to compete to come out on top. Just like you, you have to compete with other group to show that you are more powerful and more dominating than other group. But the real group would just accept their fate or die trying to change it. Be it a small problem or a big matter that would cost their life. They still need to compete to protect their throne. People out there would kill each other just for fun but you guys are doing it for free and not really for fun just to get out of boredom.

Farid: I think you're right.

The man and other members looks at Farid.

Farid: Like think guys, life is not really about sleeping or eating or studying. It's about gaining knowledge and putting it into work to solve our daily life problem. What he said may have some holes to them but what he said is more or less are facts.

Chong: I agree with him. I don't see my life going as well as I want it to be. People would have downs and ups in their life and still strive for them because they still hold their life dearly to them and they are fighting for other people sake.

The man: I only gave you guys an advice. If you do decide to take my advice then utilize it carefully and remember it closely but if you think my advice is just a waste of storage in your brain then forget anything I ever said just now.

After the man said that the delinquents looks at each other and rethink their life choices.

Afran: Hey old man I never get your na-

As Afran tries to ask for the man's name he disappear from the place with no traces. Afran looks around trying to find the man.

Afran: Hey old man! HEY!

He calls out but no response are received. Farid came back to Afran exhausted after searching for the man.

Farid: I can't find him leader.

Soon follows the other members too.

Zahir: Me too.

Johan: Nah can't find him anywhere.

Chong: Not even a single thing he left behind.

Naril: Who disappears like that?!

All the members are left in a dazed from the situation.

Four years later.

Farid stood forward and confront Afran. Afran is playing game on his phone with a leg up on a desk. Farid nervously approach Afran.

Farid: Umm.. Leader?

Afran looks up.

Afran: What?

Farid: I want to leave the group.

The statement that Farid made has make the entire group turn their attention towards Farid. Naril is first to confront Farid.

Naril: What are you saying Farid?

Farid turns his attention towards Naril.

Farid: Like I said. I'm leaving this group.

Farid say to Naril in a serious tone of voice.

Farid: Don't you guys realise it yet? What we're doing is actually is not beneficial at all? Since we form this group our academic performance is deteriorating. I got bad grades last exam and even tries to study hard I couldn't catch up like other people in our class. My parents is becoming more concerned about me.

Chong: He's right Naril. I do think we need to stop this façade right now. The more we keep this going the more we'll corrupt ourselves slowly.

Afran is frustrated by the fact that two members of the group is talking too much sense. Farid is about to leave and by the looks of it Chong is joining him.

Afran: Suit yourself. If you want to leave then do so. Don't play with my feeling any longer.

Farid and Chong looks at Afran and then slowly walks away from the place leaving others there. Soon Zahir follows behind.

Johan: Hey wait for me Zahir!

Johan follows Zahir and left the place leaving Naril and Afran.

Afran: I'm disbanding this group.

Afran then left the place leaving Naril alone.

Naril: It doesn't matter. Me and me alone can hold this group.

Naril continues to hold the group and soon gave up because of mental problems. Soon he is diagnosed with lung cancer and got bedridden. For other members they have their own problem. For an example, Farid is continuing his study and facing problem studying. Afran is having problem with his work because of too much stress. Zahir is facing mental health problem because of constant stress he's getting from his work. Johan breaks up with his girlfriend and continue study with Farid but he is struggling due to him not paying too much attention in class. Chong is taking over his parents business in online networking and is facing failure left and right due to lack of customer. As for the innocent, Faiz faces problem in communicating with other people and therefore making him inherit a social anxiety trait. Tahir has become a full shut in and refuses to speak with other people. Fauzi kept getting bullied by people because of his awkwardness.

People: Hey give me your money. Hey look at him so pathetic *laughes*

For Ahmad he has become a successful student but are suffering from social anxiety because he is embarrassed to talk to other people or reach out to them. After some day, the group members get a message from Naril's mom telling them Naril has gotten sick and are in his last moment. They immediately rushed to him.

Soon after all of them arrive they surrounded Naril in his deathbed. Naril is on the verge of death just trying his best. Coughing, spacing out and sometimes mumbles. But he still are aware of his surrounding but is trying to keep up with his friends.

Afran: How are you Naril? How you doing?

Naril: I'm still going strong. You know? Being stubborn am I right?

He chuckles and then space out for a moment.

Chong: It's okay man. You can be at ease. We're here for you.

Chong say to Naril but Naril just space out and mumbles to himself. Each time he did that his friend kept worrying.

Zahir: Hey Naril. Remember that time when we play around with the guy next to our class. *laugh* he really did not expect his underwear to fly that high.

Zahir tried to reach out to Naril but no response are made by Naril. Then Naril came back to his sense.

Naril: What did you say?

Zahir becomes more worried about Naril then excuses himself outside. Farid then gather all of the other member and group up among themselves.

Farid: Hey guys. I think Naril is becoming more and more unstable. I don't think he can hold conversation any longer.

CHAPTER 3

Suddenly the door are knocked and everybody in the room looks toward the door and soon enters a familiar face. It is Faiz wearing expensive coat and a well-mannered attire. He enters the room with an aura known to the group members. The sense of a dominant aura. Faiz then take a chair and sits down on it.

Faiz: Greetings gentlemen. How are you?

All of them look at Faiz in disbelief.

Zahir: Have we met before?

Faiz: What? Just really after some time you already forgotten me? I feel sad. But that doesn't matter. I'm Faiz. The one of the people you bullied in high school.

After he said that the group member came to a realization to whom is standing in front of them.

Chong: What are you doing here anyway? You trying to patronize us?

Johan: Yeah! You think just because you are more successful than us you could just be arrogant toward us?

Faiz is stunned by the word that is coming towards him.

Faiz: It's not like that. I'm not here to cause any trouble nor start one. I'm just here visiting one of my friend.

Afran: What do you mean by that?

Faiz: Really. Naril has always been keeping in touch with me from time to time and even ask me for some favour and this is one of them. Taking care of him.

Zahir: If you said that then why didn't he reach out to us?

Faiz goes to Zahir and put his hand on Zahir's shoulder.

Faiz: It's not like what you are thinking right now. He purposely chose because he doesn't want to bother nor interrupt you guys lives.

After Faiz explain to them they all understand of the circumstances that is being present right now.

Farid: Hey guys. I don't want to ruin the conversation but how is Naril?

Farid say with a concerned tone of voice. All the other group member become anxious and more worried about Naril. After that they decide to talk again with Naril but what they are met with is Naril with his eyes closed. They all are stunned for a bit and Johan slowly approaches Naril. He nudge Naril's body but Naril didn't response to the nudging. All of them immediately realises that Naril are no longer with them. They all just felt sad but no tears are being shed.

3 Month Later

All the group member continued their life as usual but are left with a huge scar in their heart knowing one of their member are now gone from the world and they can't look at his face infront anymore. Everybody is continuing what they are doing before such as Afran with his work, Farid and Johan with their study and Chong with his work. Suddenly all of them get distracted in their middle of work and began to question.

Afran: How are the other boys right now?

Chong: I wonder how the other are doing right now?

Johan and Farid are walking together outside and Johan ask Farid a question.

Johan: Farid. How you think the people we used to bully are doing right now?

Farid: I've been wondering that myself too. But I'm sure they are doing better than us.

Johan: You're right. Anyway, let's get some starbuck. I'm thirsty beyond believe right now.

Farid: Oh my god. If the water tank on that tower could talk it would surely be screaming right now.

Johan just chuckles and they both proceed on their walk but soon turn their direction to the starbuck shop.

Zahir just casually minding his own business walking around and suddenly came to a halt.

Zahir: Did something came across my mind? Probably nothing though.

But suddenly he remembers something.

Zahir: Oh.. Naril. I sure do miss him though. He always been the stubborn, the one who talks too much, the one who think he is right. But he is a friend I miss. A friend with many traits. I sure do miss him.

Then he continue walking with a smile on his face. Meanwhile the innocent, Faiz is just continuing his work, Tahir is still a shut in but he is slowly going out of his zone, Fauzi is more independent than before and can stand up for himself and Ahmad got accepted in the most educated university in the world and still haves his anxiety but it is lesser now. Ahmad just thinking about the past and remember a certain scene when they all are bullying him and he courage himself up to stand up for himself.

Group members: Come on! Yeah! Where's the money huh? Come on!

Ahmad in the ground being bullied and getting cornered by all of the group members and suddenly a rushing adrenaline goes through his body and he gather up his courage and push all of them back. All of the group member get pushed back and fell down. They all look and see Ahmad standing up in front of them and immediately he runs away. When he runs away all the group member is dumbfounded and just look at each other then immediately laugh. Ahmad running away think to himself.

Ahmad: What did I just do? Did I make a good decision? Are they chasing me?

As he look behind him and he sees no one. Ahmad came to a stop and catch his breath. He say to himself.

Ahmad: Why did I feel so refreshed? What is this feeling I'm feeling? Are these satisfaction?

He smile to himself and walks away.

Back to present times, Ahmad just chuckles away as he continue his work. On the other hand Tahir still in his room and just minding his own business and suddenly he smiles.

Tahir: Why suddenly I am smiling? It's as if something funny came to my mind. I don't know what it is. Well. I'm sure it's nothing.

Everybody continue their life as usual as well as the innocents and they bullies. Both have their own life to worry about now. Many obstacles will facing them from this point on out and many more will come.

Moral Values EPILOGUE

The moral values of this story is about friendship and the hardship gone through in their life doesn't matter if they are god or bad. People need time to change and people need other people to come to a realization about their life and they action they are doing. For example, people who once used to bullying can change into a kind and caring person. The moral is that we have to consider about our behaviour toward other people and what it may cause the other person to feel. Other people have feelings and we need to consider them. Even if we are doing that action just for the sake of our own entertainment. As a normal human being we need to be more considerable between each other and be more understanding. Our action speaks louder than our word so we need to be more careful. For example, we may hurt others people feeling and we don't even know it and sooner or later it will come back right to us.
