9.Team Flare(1/2)

There was a reason Team Flare had to enter this sector.

Their detectors had picked up a sudden burst of energy that had activated some of their defense protocols. The higher administration had theorized about the possible location of Zygarde, but there was no proof other than this burst. Moreover, this burst was different from previous ones. They had tried to track Zygarde, and when he moved and changed into a more convenient form, he left large amounts of energy behind. This time, however, was going to be different, so the Administration was even more interested.

They did not want to send the main forces to this sector, so they sent two agents of medium importance. A girl and a guy, new to the organization and one of their first assignments.

They were given the task to find out about this energy source and to use the cover to check the locals for possible information. Under no circumstances were they to undermine their cover, or face the consequences. The organization was on its way to a higher purpose, and failure was unacceptable, for in their ideal world it would not happen.

And after an hour of traveling, the two agents managed to reach the location. They didn't have the exact geolocation, but something had happened in this forest, and the broken trees around them were proof of it. The female agent also noticed that there were few Pokémon in this sector, neither ground nor flying, and that was already an indicator. Legendary Pokémon often scared off ordinary Pokémon with their presence, leaving a mess in their wake. This Zygarde was no exception.

As she examined the shredded trees, she noticed that they were broken in half like chopsticks. Perhaps the Zygarde had taken on a new, stronger form, which meant they were on the right track. However, a problem stood in their way. Not so much a problem as an interesting find.

An unusually large Raichu, with dark orange fur and a strange device on its belly. Its snout was sharper than the others, and the fur on its head resembled a fringe. And there was a small Pikachu running and jumping around it.

A very interesting specimen. One that would make a good addition to their team. And while their job was just to survey the environment, the scientists of Team Flare would find this Raichu interesting enough to experiment with, and this device could contain useful information. Maybe even something about Zygarde, the colors were similar.

To surprise them, she suddenly pulled out an empty Pokeball and threw it at the little Pikachu, which was most likely the offspring of the Raichu. And judging by the tails, it was father and daughter. It would be two in one.

Well, to her surprise, the Pokéball didn't hit Pikachu, because Raichu knocked the Pokéball away with incredible speed. It couldn't even keep up with the movement of its tail. That's some strong Raichu. Jackpot.

"That's a big Raichu, the biggest one I've ever seen, Lysandre's scientists would be interested," her partner said loudly enough for Raichu to immediately jerk his head in their direction. Her partner had the same opinion of Raichu as she did, and she liked that about him, they had a great synergy.

"And Pikachu is apparently it's child or something, I don't know, let's take both of them." She added, and her partner grinned, already reaching for his Pokéball.

The Team Flare agents watched as Pikachu hid behind the huge Raichu, peering out from behind him with a mixture of fear and curiosity. It looked pretty cute, but those two shouldn't have gotten in their sight. If they didn't catch this Raichu, some stupid poachers would, and they couldn't afford to lose such a valuable specimen.

The male agent narrowed his eyes, his expression masked behind his red glasses as he assessed the situation. "We can't let them slip away," he murmured to his companion, his voice low and determined. "We'll capture both the Raichu and the Pikachu and deliver them to Lysandre's scientists. They'll pay handsomely for such rare specimens."

The female agent nodded in agreement, her gaze fixed on Raichu and Pikachu. Tho she's Not sure why he repeated her words. Perhaps to confirm what they were going to do next.

"Rai...! "

Raichu grinned at the them, his sharp teeth glinting slightly in the dappled sunlight filtering through the trees. With a defiant shout of "Rai-raichu!" he threw his head to the side, a gesture meant to warn them to stay out of his way.

But the two agents didn't quite understand what he meant, taking his action as a sign to initiate the battle. The woman smirked and swiftly withdrew a Pokéball from her belt, her movements smooth and practiced. With a flick of her wrist, she released her Pokémon into the fray, ready to do Team Flare's bidding.

"Liepard go! "

Following her, her partner also sent his pokémon, " Mightyena show yourself! "

Those two appeared, Liepard and Mightyena, the Pokémon of the Team Flare agents, and roared at the big Raichu, their intention was to intimidate him. But instead of cowering in fear, the Raichu's demeanor shifted from calm to furious. With a sudden burst of energy, he stomped his foot, causing the ground to tremble slightly beneath him. Very powerful Raichu.

His paws clenched tightly, and his tail wrapped protectively around the little Pikachu, moving her slightly out of harm's way. Then, with a determined gesture, he pointed his paw towards the bushes, silently instructing Beatrice to flee to safety.

Female agent watched with a mix of frustration and amusement as the Raichu prioritized protecting the Pikachu over engaging in battle. "We'll take her later," she thought, her mind already focused on subduing the Raichu first.

With a wicked grin, she gave the order to her Pokémon. "Liepard, attack!" she commanded first.

These two clowns came to catch him? What a joke, Andre thought to himself, his frustration mounting at the audacity of these red pricks with their dumb hairstyles. Which was shaped like a wisp of fire, how did they even get the hair into that shape? Though he may be new to this form, he refused to let his honor be tarnished, especially if it meant putting someone under his protection in harm's way.

For a brief moment, he glanced back at his little Beatrice, who was trembling slightly. She wasn't accustomed to this kind of confrontation, he realized with a pang of concern. That only fueled his anger further—how dare these buffoons threaten them?

Andre he wasn't a barbarian. He couldn't let his emotions cloud his judgment, especially when the safety of Beatrice was at stake.

With a jerk of his head toward the woods, Andre pointed in that direction, his voice raised in a stern tone. "Leave us, and trouble us no more. Consider this a warning," he commanded, his eyes flashing with determination.

But to his growing displeasure, the woman only scoffed and withdrew a Pokéball from her belt. With a swift motion, she threw it, releasing her Pokémon into the fray. "Liepard, go!" she shouted, her voice filled with determination.

The man followed suit, his expression grim as he too summoned his Pokémon into battle. "Mightyena, show yourself!" he called out, his voice echoing through the forest as the confrontation escalated.

Despite Andre's warning, it seemed that these two were intent on continuing the fight, leaving him with no choice but to beat them up. Though he hadn't had time to internalize this form and learn the attacks he was capable of, he had a plan. Though he also hoped that in the process he would understand how to charge up electrical attacks. It's his nature now as it is, so it should be discoverable on its own.

As the Pokéballs opened up, releasing bursts of red light, two Pokémon materialized before Andre's eyes. The first was a large, purple cat-like creature, slightly smaller than him. It resembled some kind of weird ocelot, with angular features and a tail that twitched with anticipation.

The second Pokémon emerged, appearing like a dog, jackal, or coyote—Andre wasn't a zoologist, so he couldn't quite place the exact species. Its fur was gray on the belly side, while on the back, its eyes gleamed with a menacing red hue. It stood a little shorter in height compared to the Raichu and the purple cat-like Pokémon.

The first Liepard and the dog Mightyena suggested he.

"Initiate Citrakayah's(Fasttrack) DNA for speed."

[ Command Accepted]

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

That was his plan. He used this DNA because it enhanced Speed Agility, Reflexes, Strength, Durability, Jumping. This is the first time he's used Hybrid Mode, and hopefully it'll go smoothly.

the purple cat spoke in a female voice, her words dripping with sarcasm and arrogance. "Oh my~, what a big rodent, even bigger than me! " she remarked, her tone filled with disdain. "I haven't fought with this big mouse. Let's see how long you last." She coquettishly licked her lips, her eyes gleaming with anticipation.

Andre felt a surge of anger at her taunting words, but he held back the urge to lash out. Instead, he turned his attention to the dog, offering them a chance to avoid further conflict. "Tell your masters to leave us, and we'll be fine," he suggested, his voice firm and resolute.

The dog Pokémon, however, replied with a dismissive tone. "Sorry old man, if we've been summoned, our trainers need you and your daughter," he stated matter-of-factly. "No offense, that's our job. "

If they didn't want to back down, he was all the more likely not to do so. And he was more than in control of the situation, but Thomas didn't want Beatrice to get caught in the crossfire

And Andre slowly pulled his tail up, already learning how to control it, he wrapped it protectively around Beatrice. Softly addressing her, he said, "Beatrice, hide behind that tree over there and watch."

Beatrice nodded quietly, her trust in him evident in her eyes. To cheer her up, he confidently complemented himself, "Watch how your Big A handles those clowns!"

A small smile appeared on her muzzle, melting his heart. She answered him, "Okay!" Andre gently guided her to his right side, pointing his paw towards the tree, before swiftly running over to it.

As Beatrice moved, the dog and cat Pokémon watched her with curious looks, but they remained seated, not moving from their spots. No command had been given to escort her, and their focus remained on the impending battle with Andre.

Under Andre's watchful gaze, Beatrice hid behind the tree, her ears peeking out from behind the trunk. He felt a sense of reassurance knowing that she was safe for the time being.

With a calmness in his heart, Andre turned his attention back to the two Pokémon before him. He clenched his paws, feeling a surge of energy coursing through his body. With a determined focus, he prepared to face them.

Despite the gravity of the situation, Andre couldn't help but feel a rush of excitement coursing through him. It had been a long time since he had engaged in a good old-fashioned fist fight, and he was ready to show these Pokémon and their trainers what he was capable of.

And he's not that old... Who know that by Pokemon standards he was old?

"Attack!
