I watched Rah'sharan tending to Cassius' still form with a detached sort of intensity. His gnarly hands ghosted over the newly healed flesh with an almost reverent care. For a terrifying moment, I thought I saw Cassius' chest rise and fall with a rasping breath. But the shaman's shoulders slumped almost imperceptibly as he pulled back.
