In the Omegaverse people are classified into three sub gender which are Alpha, Beta and Omega.
ALPHAs are the top tier of the population and are mostly regarded as the superior class. They generally rule everything else in the world from sports to business and politics.
BETAs are the general population and are categorized as the middle class.
OMEGAs are considered the lowest class of the subgender. Despite the changed in the way society perceives them, abuse and discrimination still exists. Majority still considers them as a mere object of reproduction.
HEAT
Omegas have their heat cycle or are generally the mating season. Sex with Omegas during their heat cycle are likely to result to pregnancy.
Heat cycles generally last for three to four days.
PREGNANCY
Women in general can get pregnant regardless of their subgender.
Omega male or female can get pregnant.
Alpha males can get pregnant but are rare in occurrence.
Male Betas cannot get pregnant.
PAIRING
An Alpha can mark an Omega during their heat cycle. A marked Omega can no longer be affected by pheromones of other Alpha or Omega, and their heat can only affect their Alpha. A bonded Alpha can still smell pheromones from others but are less likely to be affected due to the pairing with their Omega.
