I'm not worthy

Mona felt her world quaking as she approach the door, she pushed it open and dropped her shoulder bag on a couch before facing her husband that had his back against her. "You were out?" He asked calmly.

"Yes," she answered in that shaky voice.

"Doing what? You were even escorted home. Really?" He turned around. "I really don't have a problem with that, just...you could have told Mama Belle where you went."

"I didn't want to," she was already in tears.

"Then where did you go?" He asked, walking up to her slowly but she pushed back. Mona lowered her head and didn't say an answer. "Mona," he called again. "Answer me, where did you go?" He asked again.

But she was too scared to answer his question that when she felt she was almost hitting the wall, she ran to the other side of the room by going past him. And this made him sad. The sadder he was the madder he gets.
