Freeing Gaia/ Peace

"Foolish..." Apocalypse says looking at the Mutants that dared to stand against him "Mutants used to be so much better, now it's just brats that are scared of their power"

Scott shoots a beam towards Apocalypse hoping to catch him off guard

Unfortunately, Apocalypse isn't a weakling and easily deflected the beam away from him

As all this was going on Jeanne had Tandy and Tyrone in front of the sacrificial ledge "One of you, sacrifice the other..." She said and backed up

"What no!?" They both said in unison and looked back at Jeanne "You said we had to do something to protect the world, you never said that one of us has to die

" It's the only way!" Jeanne snaps (Damn it this is hard...)

"It wouldn't matter anyway..." Red Skull says coming out if his shadowy area "The sacrifice must be voluntary"

"Voluntary? Who would sacrifice themselves?.." Jeanne says and opens a space to let the kids go back

"mmph!" Storm tries to scream out to Apocalypse as Eli grabs her from behind

"Shh... I'm a friend, that guy is an enemy... I also need your help" Eli says to her making Her calm down a little "I'm going to let you go... if you scream were both dead"

Ororo nods her head (he could already kill me if he wanted... I can feel it)

Letting her go and watching the battle progress Eli sighs "So that guy is the first Mutant?..." He mutters under his breath

a space opens behind him and Storm "Eli... we have a problem with the soul stone" Jeanne comes out of it and informs Eli

"What problem?" Eli asks

"It needs to be a willing sacrifice... we don't have someone who will do that" Jeanne says looking down

Sighing Eli brings a hand to his face and rubs his eyes, Arachne who was a reserve in case things went wrong made a decision (I trust master... he will make things right) She then jumps through the portal left open by Jeanne

"Arachne?" Eli says seeing her run through the portal "Wait Dumbass it's not that serious!" He says as Jeanne closes the portal

"Eli... it's her choice"

"B-But... she's already died once, she won't come back for this" Eli says panicking

Putting a hand on his shoulder Jeanne smiles "We can find her after the reset... then things can be how they're supposed to be"

Calming down Eli sighs "Fine... but let's free my mother now" He says and turns toward the confused storm "Grab my hand" He ordered

She grabs his hand and Eli stabs their intertwined hand with Joyeuse, and they both get zapped away

Appearing in the dark prison that is Earth, Eli sees his mother in person for the first time in 3,000 years "Hey... Mom"

Gaia looks up at him as the shackles fall off her wrists "it looks like your all grown up" She says and gets close to pinch his cheeks "I'm so proud of you... and sad that you had to have a bastard of a father..."

Smiling Eli hugs His mother "Yah haha... I can't wait to live a normal life" He says burying his face in her neck

Stroking his hair Gaia smiles softly "If that is truly what you desire... then the reset shall happen, now let's go... I haven't seen the world in person in 3,000 years" She says and they zap back into the real world

Seeing Eli standing there with Gaia Jeanne smiles brightly "Now we just have one last thing to do!"

"Mortals!" Apocalypse yells tearing down the building they were hiding in "Come... I will give you true power"

"No thanks," Eli says letting go of Gaia "But you should watch out for that Pheonix girl... She gets pretty violent when she is agitated" He says smiling and pointing toward Jean grey who is walking on the air as if it was solid ground

Apocalypse gets sucked back towards jean and gets imploded in a flash of gold, In the air, you could see a figure of a Pheonix

(* it seems my sister is still asleep*) Death comments seeing the Phoenix's power still mostly sealed

(If she wasn't sealed, what would my chances be against her?) Eli asked

(* you would probably have a 50-50 chance... considering that you seem to always bring out unpredicted results, though she is extremely difficult to kill...*)

Nodding His head Eli and the rest go into a portal made by Jeanne, straight to vormir

Arachne stands at the edge when they come in, she looks back with a smile "I'll get you the time master!"

Eli shakes his head "Are you sure you want to do this? we can find another way" He says looking at her concernedly

"No master! I can do this... But just in case I don't come back... I want you to know I love you master" Arachne says with tears in her eyes and jumps off the edge

(*How bold of her to confess to you in front of your lovers...*) Death says with a slightly jealous tone

(Shut up for a sec... can't you see this is a dramatic moment of silence?) Eli thinks before closing his eyes and interlocking his fingers

When the soul stone made its way into his hands Eli placed it with the other five stones "Are you guys ready?" He asked the others

"We won't remember any of this?" Jeanne asks a little sad

"If you think this is right then do it, my son, let's live as a happy family from now on," Gaia says and closes her eyes in a praying gesture

Breathing in Eli Puts his fingers in a snap position (Might as well do it like this haha)

(*You truly are childish to the end huh?*)

*Snap*

"Dear are you and your girlfriend ready for prom?" Gaia, Eli's mom asks with a camera in her hands

"Geez mom, give us a sec," Eli says pulling away from Jeanne's lips "You excited for Prom?" He asks and takes her hand walking down the stairs

"Huh? of course I'm excited... you're my date after all..." She says sheepishly as they make it to the living room

"Aww the live birds look so cute~," Ororo, Eli's cousin says with a smile holding her date's hand

"Oh shut up..." Eli grumbles as they pose for the photos

Making their way out of the house Eli stops hearing a voice in his head (*Geez... you even erased your own memory asshole?*) Death says with an angry tone

(As if I could forget about you death haha) Eli replies with a smirk as they get into the limo

(*W-What!? You remember me?*)

(Of course... If I erased all my memory then it wouldn't be fair to you... thanks for looking out for me Death)

(*Y-Yah whatever asshole...*)

One Above all looks down on his reincarnated person's "Well... this isn't so bad, not bad at all"
