"Hmm." Unexpectedly, Oskar nodded without hesitation, a smile returning to his little face.
Tara Summer's eyes were sour as she watched the child's innocent face. He trusted her so much, and she had to take even better care of him, to make his body stronger quickly and meet the surgical standards.
"Alright, sweetie, let's change and go home." She lifted him back onto the bed.
As Oskar stood on the bed, Tara Summer went to get his clothes. The little boy bent his head down and undid the buttons of his hospital gown by himself. By the time Tara Summer returned, he had already taken off his top.
Tara Summer looked at the child's slender and frail body, her eyes stinging and quickly turning slightly red.
She bowed her head, trying not to let her emotions show, then quickly dressed the child.
