Jiang Lan’s Interference

In Devata Realms, a Celestial could brand an enslavement mark on another Celestial's soul if the latter was willing to accept the mark. Once the latter was branded, the latter had to obey the former. If the latter disobeyed the former, with just a thought, the former could reduce the latter to ashes. Needless to say, apart from being willing, the strength of the latter had to be weaker or on par with the former.

Currently, Ling Jue Yun and Jiang Lan were both peak Overarching Heavenly Supreme Celestials. Therefore, as long as Ling Jue Yun was willing, Jiang Lan could brand Ling Jue Yun's soul with an enslavement mark.

However, as of now, Jiang Lan was unaware that although he was a reincarnated Celestial Emperor, Ling Jue Yun's background was much more extraordinary than him. It would be impossible for Ling Jue Yun to willingly accept being a slave to a mere reincarnated Celestial Emperor.
