His mind was filled with confusion until Lyka's soft and worried voice jolted him from his thoughts.

"What's going on?" she asked, her voice gentle but probing.

"Lucy... where is she?"

Lyka raised an eyebrow. "Lucy? Do we have a student with that name?"

He stared at her with a puzzled look. "What do you mean? You just spoke with her in the principal's office a few minutes ago."

"Principal's office? This is the first time I've seen you today," she responded, her concern deepening. "Are you sure you're feeling alright?"
