Someone Tried To Harass Her?

"Why is he here? Isn't he with Lana?" Abigail wondered, frowning as she saw Kian walking toward her.

"Are you going home?" Kian asked.

Abigail nodded slightly in response.

"I heard from Lana that you live in Garden Hill. I'm heading that way. You can ride with me, Abigail..." Kian offered, his smile broadening as he stopped before her.

Abigail was taken aback. She was at a loss for words, shocked that Lana had even shared her address with him.

Kian smiled slightly while rubbing the back of his neck when he saw Abigail's gaze clearly show suspicion—she didn't react at all to his offer. He didn't want her to feel that way; hurriedly, he softly explained, "Abigail, it's almost midnight. Walking alone won't be safe for a beautiful girl like you."

Still, Abigail did not react, which only deepened Kian's confusion.
