Travis wouldn't stay still.

"I have to find him. It hurts me when I see him crying," he tries to stand up but ends up staggering that I have to hold him upright.

"Why did you have to get drunk and then pick a fight with him?"

He looks at me with eyes brimming with tears. Fuck, I don't think I can handle seeing Travis crying. I am not ready to see him drunk crying in my arms.

"He thinks the worst of me, I know it. He has never once told me not to touch him. He has never run away from me ever again," he says, trying to walk but missing a step.

"Maybe don't get so wasted next time. And day just needs a little time he will come around."

"I need to find him," his voice is urgent. "I need to be with him. I know he is upset and he needs me. I am the only one who can comfort him."

"Okay, let's go find him. But if he doesn't want to see you, I won't hesitate to take you away from him."
