"Captain Jean! Captain Jean!" Paimon excitedly shouted upon seeing Jean seated at her desk, engrossed in paperwork.
Jean looked up and greeted them with a smile, "Oh, it's Traveler and Paimon. How can I assist you?"
"We're here to seek your help, Captain Jean!" Paimon flew beside Jean and explained, "Our friend wants to build...a tower within Mondstadt!"
"A tower?" Jean raised an eyebrow slightly but still smiled warmly, "Could you bring me to meet this friend of yours?"
Lumine tried signaling discreetly to Paimon, unfortunately, he didn't notice and promptly agreed.
Lin Feng stood outside the Good Hunter, gazing longingly at the freshly grilled, mouthwatering steaks inside, unable to resist swallowing hard.
"Hey, Lin Feng, I brought Captain Jean as requested, hehe!" Paimon flew over to Lin Feng, equally mesmerized by the enticing aroma from the newly served dishes, drooling uncontrollably.
"Hello, I'm Acting Grand Master Jean from the Knights of Favonius!" Jean smiled warmly at Lin Feng.
Seeing Paimon bring Jean over nearly made Lin Feng bolt immediately. After some thought, though, he realized he hadn't done anything wrong; however, he still felt nervous in front of her.
"Captain... Captain Jean, I am a merchant simply seeking to build a signal tower in Mondstadt!" Lin Feng quickly assumed this identity on the spot.
"Oh, what is a signal tower?" Jean looked puzzled, turning towards Lin Feng with curiosity. Her specialized knowledge didn't seem to cover such concepts.
"I...I know! It's like a really tall iron structure." Paimon chimed in, gesturing with her hands to indicate the height of a signal tower for Jean.
"Hmm... A signal tower transmits signals, and it's only useful when paired with my products." Lin Feng pondered briefly before requesting another smartphone from the System.
He reached into his pocket and produced a red cell phone.
"Exactly!" Lin Feng handed her a phone. Jean looked at it skeptically; what was this box? Why were so many unfamiliar things emerging today? Was her knowledge insufficient? It seemed she needed to study even harder.
Paimon, sensing her confusion, swiftly flew over and began instructing Jean, clearly feeling quite accomplished.
After some time, realization dawned on Jean's face, mirroring the astonishment shared by everyone else present.
She opened a library app, browsing through several books displayed on the screen.
Suddenly, her gaze locked onto one titled "How to Organize Team Building: Eliminating Laziness Among Members." She had a hunch that this book could help address the issue of idleness within the Knights of Favonius.
"Captain Jean, about the construction of the signal tower..." Ye Yue nervously addressed her, seeking guidance.
Jean, however, was deeply engrossed in the book chapter, focused on effective ways to motivate team members and encourage their diligent work ethic.
"How to Identify Slackers - Don't Miss These Key Signs!"
"Establishing a Robust Reward and Punishment System: Farewell to Slacking Off for Your Team."

"Ah, hold on, let me just finish this section!" Jean snapped back to reality, feeling slightly embarrassed.
She exited the current book and glanced at others, finding them all incredibly useful. Titles included "A Few Tips to Enhance Your Leadership!", "Reading People Through Their Faces", "Team Management Overview"...
However, there were also books with names she couldn't comprehend, such as "Murphy's Law", "The Art of War by Guiguzi", and "The Scroll of Wisdom"...
One particular book titled "Wolf's Path" puzzled her greatly. Could it be related to the Wolf of the North...?
"Captain Jean!!!" Seeing no response from Jean for quite some time, Paimon urgently called out to her.
"Oh, apologies!" Jean finally turned towards Paimon, looking somewhat flustered.
"Captain Jean, Lin Feng is asking if you can proceed with building that tower thing!" Paimon relayed Lin Feng's question, living up to her reputation as Teyvat's best divine messenger.
"Hmm... No problem!" After pondering for a moment, Jean agreed.
"And this device..." Captain Jean looked down at the small box in her hand, awkwardly forgetting its name.
"It's a 'hand-chicken,' like chicken from Sweet Madame!" Paimon crossed her arms, sounding very proud.
"Cough, actually, it's pronounced 'machine' - as in technology!" Lin Feng clarified, scratching his head while looking at Jean.
"Hey, why didn't you clarify earlier? Hmph!" Realizing her mistake, Paimon swiftly employed her signature move - kicking mid-air.
"Well... You didn't ask!"
"So, I can't just tell you without being asked?"
Lin Feng was momentarily speechless; he still couldn't match the eloquence of that divine chatterbox.
"How much does this 'phone' cost?" Jean turned to Lin Feng, inquiring curiously.
"It's a gift for you, Captain Jean, no charge!" Lin Feng shook his head, well-versed in social etiquette.
"No, I cannot accept bribes. How many Mora should I give you?" Jean shook her head, determined to pay as she had sufficient funds. Besides, seeing the merchant's tattered attire indicated he likely didn't earn much.
"Uh... Let's say five thousand Mora!" Lin Feng thought briefly before cautiously suggesting a price to Jean.
Jean initially found it expensive but, considering the phone's capabilities, decided it was indeed worth more than its asking price.
"Give me one more then, here's ten thousand Mora!" As she spoke, Jean pulled out a pouch and handed it to Lin Feng.
Upon taking the pouch, Lin Feng immediately felt its considerable weight decrease significantly.
He handed his white phone to Jean, cautioning, "If the phone runs out of battery, place it under sunlight to recharge!"
This realization had just dawned on him. Previously, whenever his phone lost power, he simply relied on the System to replenish it. However, with the System becoming stingier now, he needed an alternative solution.
Jean nodded, took the phone, and headed back towards the knight regiment. She couldn't stay away for too long; Klee was still there.
She had purchased an extra phone specifically for Klee, hoping it would encourage her to spend less time studying explosives and more on reading books.
After Jean left, Lin Feng turned to Paimon and Lumine with a smile, "My treat! What would you like to eat?"
"Yay!" Upon hearing someone else was paying, Paimon's eyes lit up with joy. The Traveler was notoriously stingy, always serving her apples and Sunsettias daily.
"I'll have one... no, two Honey-glazed Carrot Pancakes!" Paimon pointed at the menu, holding up two fingers towards Sara.
"I want a Steak!"
"And I'd like a Sweet Madame Chicken!"
The dishes were quickly served. Paimon eagerly dove in but immediately yelped from the heat.
"Puff puff, Traveler, help me!" Paimon frantically panted, nearly tearing up from the burn.
"Haha..."
Although laughing might not be appropriate at this moment, he just couldn't resist.
Lin Feng handed a glass of water to Paimon, who gulped it down audibly. For most people, drinking that much water would fill them up instantly.
But Paimon was different - she had two stomachs. One for water, and one for food delicacies.

At noon, when Eula returned home, she noticed that the coat on the floor was gone. Feeling somewhat disheartened, she couldn't help but acknowledge it as human nature. After all, being from the Lawrence Clan marked her with the blood of sinners!
