"Now, what do you want to start with? I don't know exactly how long till you aren't quite with me anymore, so I want to make the moments you remember count." Andrew told the stunned man, and watched as his eyes watered just a little bit more.
"You want to make sure I remember?" Maxwell repeated, and Andrew nodded.
"Yeah, of course. Wouldn't you?" Andrew asked, and Maxwell swallowed.
"Oh fuck, you're going to make me cry." He complained, and Andrew felt his smile dip from his face. Did he say something wrong? Turning, he faced Maxwell head on, putting his hands on his shoulders.
"Did I say something wrong? Why are you going to cry?" Andrew asked, worried, and Maxwell laughed. It had a slightly wet sound to it, which told Andrew that he wasn't lying about the tears. The man was on the edge of crying. Panic began to fill Andrew.
