Superpower levels on Blue Star are classified into G, F, E, D, C, B, A, and S levels.

G-level is the weakest, with a supernatural reaction limited only to personal perception or close-range external control, and the duration of power is very brief. It does not have practical professional value and is known as a civilian superpower level along with F-level, mainly for personal amusement.

Starting from F-level, superpowers begin to have professional tactical value. A-level is the regular upper limit of tactical superpower level. Above that is the S-level, which involves strategic level powers, often a core asset of large consortia and sovereign militaries, rarely seen in public.
