At the receptionist table of the Lan Inn, the receptionist was sitting on her seat while eyeing a certain figure who had entered the inn but just went to stand at a corner.

The figure was probably a man considering the size and shape, but she couldn't be sure because of the black robes the figure wore. From the top to bottom he was completely black and showed the vibes of a shaddy guy.

The receptionist got a little scared when she saw the figure coming towards her and took out her communication stone and was ready to call her manager if the figure did something shady.

Bai Li looked around and finally stopped at the receptionist table as she questioned in a low voice, "Were you given orders to bring someone like me to a special place?"

She was actually cursing in her mind as she thought about Ning Xi who had just told her to come to the Lan Inn and nothing else. She couldn't just come easily so she had to do the disguise.
