"Taehyung, will you please stop dragging me around? Talk to me!" I snapped, yanking my arm out of his grip, causing Taehyung to stop abruptly. Slowly, he turned to look me in the eyes. If he wants to talk, then talk!
"Right, I'm sorry," Taehyung spoke calmly.
"Are you okay?" I asked, tilting my head when I noticed the worry in his eyes. He doesn't look right. He's very anxious.
"Me? Nothing- look. Just stay away from Yoongi," Taehyung suddenly let out an uneasy chuckle.
"Huh? Taehyung, don't get the wrong idea. What happened in the room was-"
"Ara. Just stay away from him. He'll come to you, but you have to avoid him," Taehyung shook his head at me. Something in his eyes told me he was serious about it. But why? What's the reason?
"Araso, I promise," I sighed, nodding at him repeatedly. Taehyung exhaled in relief once he heard my words and strode off. I stood watching him disappear around the corner. Eomma and Appa showed up to have dinner with us, but I didn't talk to them. I quickly ate and left before everyone else. Call me rude, but I'm still hurt by their actions.
"Are you still mad at your parents?" Jimin came out of the bathroom while drying his hair with a towel.
"I wouldn't say I'm mad. I just don't feel like talking to them. Not yet," I shook my head as I flipped through the books on my bed. Jimin sat beside me and leaned over to wrap his arms around my waist.
"I know you're still hurt, but they're still your family," Jimin whispered, snuggling his nose against my neck, sending chills down my spine. I smiled and turned to give him a soft peck on his forehead.
"Did you apply the cream?" Jimin asked, carefully lifting up my wrist to observe it. I nodded.
"Where were you this afternoon?" I asked out of curiosity since he didn't show up during the Taekwondo lesson.
"M-me? Ah... I was at the university- had some unfinished work to deal with," Jimin shrugged, laying back on the bed as I placed the book on my nightstand. I turned around and lay down beside him with a weak smile.
"Wae? Why are you giving me that look?" Jimin chuckled uneasily as I continued to stare at him.
"Nothing," I smiled, wrapping my arm around him, then snuggled my face against his chest. I'm happy with him. I don't know how to explain it, but Jimin makes me feel like I'm living the happy life I used to live before I came here. I don't want to lose him or my happiness.

"Not this again!" Jungkook whined, leaning back against his chair in frustration. The classroom bustled with noises, everyone looked annoyed except me. I was grinning from ear to ear as I stared at the form in my hands.
"Are you going?" Minho asked Seokjin, who was staring at the paper with a disappointed look. Is it that bad? Why are they so frustrated?
"Do you think I have a choice? We all have to be there. The grand opening is a day after anyways," Seokjin grimaced, tossing the paper away.
"We're going to have a lot of fun," Jimin smiled, sitting on my table as he reached out to rub my shoulder.
"Fun? You call this fun? " Mira snapped at Jimin in disbelief. I can't believe it. All the rich kids are against voluntary work. We have a university extracurricular activity where we're all required to go on a trip to Busan- to do voluntary work in a small village near the sea. I'll be home for a while, and I can't wait for it. Suddenly, someone came striding through the door, and my eyes bulged open in shock. The class gasped.
"Hoseok?" I blurted as he strode through the door. That's a relief. He lost so much weight though... he still looks sick.
"Yay, I'm alive," He chuckled at me. Seokjin rushed to his friend to give him a bone-crushing hug.
"Well, I'm not the only one," Hoseok nodded behind him just as Haerim appeared, looking as pale as Hoseok. However, she didn't look as well as Hoseok. She didn't say anything as she slowly made her way to her table.
"Haerim!" Taehyung gasped when she suddenly lost her balance. He quickly rushed to grab her before she fell and helped her to her place with an anxious look on his face. For some reason, I felt sorry for him. No matter how hard he tries to let go, a part of him will always care for her, and it must be painful. Class ended pretty quickly. I was putting my book into my locker when someone tapped my shoulder, causing me to jump in panic.
"Oh- Namjoon," I let out a deep sigh of relief when I turned to find Namjoon leaning against the locker.
"I think I have some lead on the incident," Namjoon muttered with an excited grin.
"The incident-"
"Shhh. One of the staff ran away the night the incident took place. I found his hideout. He has the key piece of information," Namjoon nodded happily.
"Who do you think it is?" I questioned him. Wait... Is it Yoongi? Why else did Taehyung warn me not to stay near him? Candies?.... oh. I stood frozen. Does candies mean the cyanide he used to poison Jungkook, Hoseok, and Haerim? Is that why Yoongi was so pissed? Taehyung found out, didn't he? I wanted to tell Namjoon about it, but I chose to keep my mouth sealed.
"It can be anyone, really. So I'm gonna set a trap," Namjoon smiled while patting my shoulder.
"What are you two up to?" Minah asked, curiously smiling at me. Namjoon and I exchanged glances. What's wrong with her?
"I'll get going now," Namjoon nodded and walked away, leaving me with Minah.
"What do you want?" I asked, turning to look at Minah suspiciously.
"What do you mean?" She asked me with an uncomfortable expression on her face.
"You've been so nice to me lately. What do you want?" I asked shortly.
"Yah. I'm just trying to be friends with a supreme alpha. Tsk, you aren't even thankful, huh? If I didn't take you home that night- you could've been murdered. Also, why were you there-"
"Nothing. I got a few drinks and lost control of myself. Fine. Thank you for helping me. Happy?" I quickly cut her off in embarrassment.
"Aigo... did you fight with Jimin?" Minah teased. Why is she so nosy?
"That's none of your business," I snapped and rudely turned away.
"Come to a party with me," Minah blocked my way. Huh? Is she out of her mind or something?
"Why? So you can murder me?" I scoffed at her. I'm not gonna fall for it.
"Why would I kill you with my own hands? And why would I let everyone know you were last seen with me before dying? I could've killed you that night, but I didn't. Anyways, I promised a chaebol's son I'll be at his birthday party, and I don't want to go alone. Don't worry, there won't be any alphas there, just the chaebols, and they don't even know about the alphas- so they're harmless," She cheekily smiled at me.
"Why would I go?" I huffed at her.
"Because you owe me a favor! If I get drunk during the party, you'll have to protect me and take me home! Seriously, we're thousands of times richer than the chaebols. They won't hurt you!" She whined at me. This girl...
"Fine. I'll see first-"
"Okay! I'll see you at 9:00 PM then! I'll text you the location!" Minah grinned before walking away.
"-yah! I didn't even agree- YAH!" I called out loudly, but she had already disappeared. I'm not a social person, so this sucks. I told Jimin about it, and he didn't like the idea. First, he said he was going to accompany me, but his parents told him he had to attend a board meeting with them, so he couldn't come along. He made me go with a few bodyguards- just to be safe.
"Sora!!!" Minah waved when I entered the club filled with strangers. Music blasted in every direction. Ah...my ears are gonna bleed. I slowly pushed my way toward her. Her face was already pink. How much did she drink??? She quickly grabbed my arm and pulled me into a private lounge.
"Yah, you shouldn't be drunk!" I snapped at her. She's already drunk???
"Says the girl who blacked out on the street," Minah drunkenly chuckles at me. Am I here to babysit her? I can't believe this.
"Oh, who's this? I'm Lee SungJoon," A model-like guy appeared. He had split dark brown hair and sharp eyes. Pride, I can see it in him.
"This is my friend, Jang Sora! Sora, this is Sungjoon," Minah giggles while introducing me to the chaebol's son.
"Nice to meet you," I smiled. Minah walked toward the lounge and poured more alcohol into her glass. I stood watching her with my mouth hanging open.
"She's quite a drinker," Sungjoon chuckles, glancing at Minah before turning to look at me.
"Who are you?" A sly-looking guy appeared. From head to toe... he was showered in designer brands.
"I'm Jang Sora-"
"No. No. Not your name. Like, who.are.you?" The guy rudely cuts me off with a smirk on his face. I pressed my tongue against my inner mouth. He's getting me on my nerves.
"Yah, Dokgoo, don't be like this-"
"What? I'm just making sure we aren't hanging out with some filthy-"
"I can tell you who I am, but I'd have to kill you right after," I smiled, patting his shoulder before walking off without another word. The Dokgoo guy fired me a sharp glare.
"Yah, you shouldn't drink too much," I sat down beside Minah, but she didn't listen to me. Why is she like this? Sighing, I leaned back and scanned the room with my arms crossed. It was a luxurious clubbing lounge. Everyone in the room must be filthy rich with all their branded clothing. That's when I notice the Sungwoon guy eyeing Minah from the corner. What's up with that look? It's creepy. He whispered something to Dokgoo, and soon enough, the Dokgoo guy pulled something out of his pockets, quickly pushing it into Sungjoon's palm. My phone started buzzing. I immediately answered but couldn't hear anything, so I got up and went to the bathroom.
Fast Forward
I slowly walked back to the lounge in shock. I can't believe it. So that's what Taehyung warned me about? I wanted to forget what I saw, but I couldn't. I might have nothing to do with Yoongi anymore but memories will be memories. What should I do? I turned to look for Minah, but she was gone. My heart stopped. What the fuck? Where did she go?
"Moh? Did she leave?" I quickly walked over to the place she was initially at, but it was empty. Her purse and phone were left untouched on the table though. My heart started racing in panic. Calm down, Sora... maybe she went to the dance floor. I quickly turned to search for her, but she was nowhere to be found. Memories came rushing through my head... Sungjoon... What did Dokgoo give to him??? The way he stared at Minah... no. I couldn't breathe.
"Shit shit... Minah- Where are you," I turned just in time to see Dokgoo disappear down the corridor leading to the bathroom. What if I'm too late? Aish. How stupid of me! I quickly pushed my way through the crowd and dashed down the hallway. I stopped in front of the male bathroom... panting heavily. You got this, Sora, you got this.
"Minah?!" I hastily pushed open the door, sending someone into the bathroom stall. To my horror, Minah was pinned against the wall at the far end of the bathroom by Sungjoon. He was aggressively kissing her. My blood started boiling when he tried to run his hands up her thighs.
"YAH!" I angrily yanked him away from Minah before slamming my fist hard against his cheek. I quickly turned to stabilize Minah, who was leaning against the sink... sobbing in distress.
"Who do you think you are?!" Dokgoo growled angrily at me as Sungjoon rubbed his jaw.
"You're in deep shit, you dickheads!" I screamed, launching at Dokgoo. He yelped in shock when I thrust him into the sink with all my might.
"Stop her," Sungjoon growled in a low voice. But before I could react, Dokgoo grabbed my arms and roughly pinned me against one of the bathroom doors.
"Do you think you can stop me? I guess we have two bitches to screw tonight, huh?" Dokgoo whispered in my ears. WHAT THE FUCK?! I quickly glanced at Minah as Sungjoon approached her again. She tried to resist him, but she was too drunk.
"Let me go! YAHHH!" I screamed, trying to shove Dokgoo off me, but it didn't work. Instead, he pressed his lips against my neck. I turned the other way in disgust before attempting to push him off me again. I can feel his hands slithering down my back- this can't be happening! FUCKING ASSHOLES!
