He closed the properties panel, after he watched them carefully.

'That's good, now I can keep in touch with all my subordinates and command them any time for further instructions.'

He slowly walked out from the house, kept walking until he saw a rickshaw. 

"Brother take me to the factory of super cassette industries in Noida." He sat down on a rickshaw asking the driver to drive .

Driver starts driving slowly while gradually increasing his speed...…

' What a beautiful evening. Such beautiful scenes will be rarely seen in the future. This clean and wide road feels so spacious and peaceful without traffic jams and endless noise that accompanies it. It feels nice to breathe in Such fresh and clean air without much pollution. Who would have thought now that breathing air will become so poisonous in the future.'

' No need to worry for now. I will solve it all when I control the whole India. India has the largest population base in the whole world. They will become the driving force behind the success of all my industries that I will establish. '

I was lost in my thoughts enjoying the view that this era has to offer when the rickshaw suddenly stops.

 "We have arrived at Noida, but I don't know the exact location of super cassette industries. " Rickshaw driver says while breathing heavily.

"Just ask someone."

"Someone here must know about it."

I watched as he came down and went to a roadside shop a few meters far .

He came back, sat on his seat and started driving while saying : "Brother It's just ten minutes away from here."

After a while….

Rickshaw stops in front of a small factory. There is a signboard on top of the factory gate which reads ' Super Cassettes Industries.'

I got down from the rickshaw, started walking toward the factory after paying the fare to the rickshaw driver.

 As I walked to the gate, I was stopped by a guard who asked my purpose for coming here.

I told them that I want to meet the owner of this factory and discuss some important business with him while handing him a 5 Rupees note.

"Wait here brother, I will go in and ask if the owner is free to meet you" guard replied as he walked into the factory.

He came out after a while and led me to the owner's office.

 I kept watching employees producing cassette tapes by hand as I neared the office.

The guard knocks gently on the door.

"Come in" He gestured to me to go inside .

Raj walked in the office and saw an average looking man in his 20's sitting on the chair behind the desk, and gestured to me to sit in front.

"Hi, I am Raj Sah." Raj introduced himself while forwarding his hand to shake.

"Hi Raj, I am Gulshan kumar, Owner of this cassette factory." He shakes my hand while thinking : ' He looks like a rich kid . Even the clothes he wears seem to be imported.'

" I want to buy this factory , Please name a price you are satisfied with." Raj explains his purpose in coming here.

" No Mr Raj , This factory is my passion, blood sweat and tears. Please forgive me , but I won't sell it." Gulshan denies while shaking his head.

 "Your factory"'s profit at its highest was only 2000 in a month. It's been declining a lot nowadays. So, My offer is Twenty Thousand"

He still shakes his head.

"Thirty Thousand"

"Forty Thousand"

"Fifty thousand "

He still kept denying.

"Seventy Thousand, Thats final" 

"Mr Gulshan, think well before you reply. '' 

Raj said with a stern expression on his face as he deformed metal handle of the chair with slight force from his hand.

After a moment of silence.

Gulshan's back drenched in cold sweat as sivers with fear as he watches my display of power.

" Don't worry, you can still work as a manager here to fulfill your dreams. I will give you Two percent of the company's share in profit and a salary of two thousand per month."

"Not only that, I can also give you powers like mine, Increase your lifespans, cure all diseases. It's all profit and no loss."

Raj still gives him temptation.

" Ok Boss, Lets sign the contract. I will contact a lawyer to have papers ready."

"Good"

We walked out of the office. He keeps introducing works here as we walk out.

He stopped a taxi as we headed toward court. 

After reaching court, He walks into the office of a lawyer named Jolly Chaterji as I followed him in.

We talked about all details of the selling contract and share transfer briefly. We both signed it then waited to have it notarised by court in a few days.

" Do you want to become powerful ? come here!" Raj said to Gulshan . Raj upgraded Gulshan's body 5 times and his mind 3 times as he screamed in pain.

" It feels great to be powerful, thank you boss," Gulshan said excitedly as he picked a pen from the table and crushes it in pieces in front of lawyer Jolly, who was frightened speechless .

" Hey Jolly, do you want to work for me? I will give you the same power and salary Of One thousand Rupees per month. It will also increase your lifespan by a hundred years. Haven't you noticed, Gulshan looks much younger than before? "
