Chapter 2

"It's in our genes. It's called the psychic energy. Using our brains power and intense concenration a pyschic user can manipulate or move objects using their thought ang will power." Count breifly explain.

"Can you teach me how to do it I will follow all your commands just teach me how to do it."

"It's about time for you to learn this technique. Let me remind you that you have to grind more and more since the fundamentals was not taught to you yet by Richard. It's your fault for not attending the training you miss a lot of time. Matalino ka naman you only have 3 days to learn the basic in Day 4 to 7 I will train you to use the basic skill in psychic power.

If you are not like us you will die."

"May tinatago ka rin palang kabaitan Kuya Count sorry for judging you."

"I'm not doing this because I care for you but because it's an order that comes from our father. To be really honest Cain I don't feel even a bit of sympthy to you. Siguro if you were able to proof that there is something special about you I will accept you as my brother.

Why you're still sitting their. Find Richard and ask him to teach you the thing that you must know. You can't afforf to waste time I will not baby sit you when we are on our mission. You have to learn how fight and protect yourself."

Cain stand up immediately. He is very curious about psychic power he is very interested in learning it. Tumakbo siya sa kung saan kadalasang makikita si Richard, the butler might be in the kitchen this time or in the weapon room. Una munang pinuntahan ni Cain ang kusina. When he got thier Richard is not aroud he ask the chief where is the butler. Baka nasa gym daw.

Tumakbo si Cain papunta du'n. He saw Casmir lifting a huge dumbell , it looks very easy on him. He ignore Casmir like he always did. When he saw Richard smile immediatey blooms in his lips. Exited siyang lumapit kay Richard.

"Richard Kuya Ceasar told me that you're gonna teach me the basic fundamentals and priciple of psychic power."

"That's not a problem Sir Cain where do you want me to teach you verything that you need to know."

"Can we do it in the garden?"

"By your will."

Iniwas muna ni Richard ang ginagawa nito at sumunod sa kaniya.

"So you want to become a psychic user I thought that you don't like fighting? You look very interested and eager to learn."

"People change Kuya Casmir and I have found a new goal right now after knowing what happened to our mother."

Casmir drop the huge dumbell and laugh a bit, more like an insultng laught. "You want to avenge our mother?"

Cain loose his newfound confident after seeing the mocking stare from his kuya.

"Bakit kuya may problema ba du'n?"

"That's not my intention did I unspark your passion? We all want to avenge mom but you have to assess your capability first Cain are you even capable of killing class F psychic user? Normal na criminal lang siguro ang kaya mong labanan."

Cain just smile he choose not to take Casmir harsh criticism seriously kahit may point naman ito. What his level today will not etermine his success in the future. And it's a good thing that he is chasing a new found goal, it makes him determine to go out in his comfort one and face the unknown.

It's worth it.

"But I'm glad that you are taking small steps to become stronger we don't want a baggage in the hunting ground so make yourself useful," Casmir said and continue doing it's work out routine.

Cain continue to move. All of his family are looking down on him and it's very frustrating to accept. Walang  magawa si Cain kundi ang manahimik, pag pinatulan siya in the end siya rin naman ang magiging kawawa. He eliminate his negative thought he try not to thik about it like his insecurities in his face. It's not woth-it it can lower his self esteem and cofident. 

Pagkarating nila sa hardin Cain finally clear all the negative thought in his brain.

Richard is standing in front of him. He is waiting for him to start teaching.

"Now let me explain first what is psychic. It is an ability na pwede nating mamana sa ating mga magulang. So if your uncesstor or your mom and dad is a psychic user their is a big chance that you possess pyschic power. Did you get it?"

Cain  nodded.

"Question?"

"Where did it come from? From the brain?"

"Good question. That's right Sir Cain. Psychic power comes from our brain."

"How do we know that we can be a psychic user?"

"The first indication to identify if we can be a psychic user is our parents, I have already explain that earlier I believe that there's no need for me to elaborate it further."

"Naintindihan ko."

"The next step is throught assessment. The test is very simple but it's a dangerous it can lead to death, mental trauma and phobia." 

"Am I a psychic user too like my brother?"

"We can't answer that right now. And if you're not don't worry your fatherl have the means to turn you a pyschic user." Richard answer.

Cain  can't help but to frown. "I don't get it."

"For now don't make an effort to understand it it's very complicated and you will not fully comprehend it unless you undergo the ritual."

Cain can only nod.

"Now let's talk about the history of this thing."

Cain lend his ears to Richard he is interested in this topic.

"Based on the historical text that was found in Greece. By the way it's not a complete text, it's just a piece of the history. The ancient term of pyschic user is Aurelius Mindweaver. There is a theory that said that Aurelius is a clan or a family in Ancient time that discover the ability of our brain to move objects and create miracle.

Dahil sa kakayahan nilang ito, Church was already establihed during their time. The text didn't mention what era. Some reasearch said that Aurelius mindweaver emerge in Classical Era only in Midieval Era they are fully establihed that they are able to form a family.

So back to the Church. The Church form a secret group or organization named Order of the Crimson Cross. It's mission was to capture the members of Aurelius family because they believe that the member of Aurelius family is practicing  dark arts, witchery and sorcery. Lahat ng mga nahuling Aurelies ay pinatay sa harap ng publiko, their head was chop off.

The person or the member of the Aurelius family who's written this text said that the Aurelius family almost eradicated by the church some are lucky because they survive they scatter all around the world and hide from the church. They blend in human society. They are the ancestor of the psychic user in the modern age.

Only in Renaissance Era that Physic user revealed themseves again. They are very rare that time and they are fighting with their own kind physic users. Their is a conflict in the small community of  physic user the other side wants to rule the world as they have the means and they think that they are superior to a normal human.

The other side didn't agree to that as it  will cause a bloody war.

Up until now this conflict is not yet over. Your family Sir Cain belongs to the party who prefer to hide in the dark and let the normal human lead their race. We are collaborating with the church in capturing those physic user who want to destroy the stability of the system and overthrown normal human to the throne."

"It's ironic na noon gumawa ang simbahan ng org para patayin ang mga mindweaver but right now they cooperating with the psychic users too protect their kind."

"We learn from our mistake only in Modern age naputunayan na Physic power is not related to sorcery, witchery and dark arts. It comes from our brain and proves that human mind was full of mystery and also possess powers."

"I understand."

"Do you have any question."

"If there is a ritual that can turn normal person to a physic user then why majority of the people today are normal person?"

"That's a good argument. Imagine if majority of the people around the world is a physic user what do you think will happen?"

"I don't know but I have a hypothesis that the environment will be umm a hunting ground? Or a lot of bloody fight will happen."

"'Yan din ang hinala ng mga higher up. A world full of a physic user is a chaos. And it may fasten the degenaration of the world. And if the majority of the population was psycic user we might not enjoying the peacefullness in the world right now. So tama lang na we were hiding in the darkness and hide ourselves from normal people."

"Are you are a psycic user  Richard ?"

The butler nooded.

"Now let's proceed  to the order of pyschic power."    

"What do you mean by that?"
