The hell go for it!?
Andy bolted up and ran all the way downstairs in a hurry, leaning against the kitchen doorframe with a pitiful expression, and said, "Mom, a man can't go out without money."
"Well said!"
Helen stood in the centre of the kitchen, wand in hand, waving it gently.
The vegetables were soaking in the sink and were cleaning themselves. Table knives flew through the air, slicing a large piece of beef neatly into four pieces. The various jars with seasoning were not idle either, and as the beef flew into the basin, the seasoning jars sprinkled various flavourings in turn.
If one had to say what was the easiest thing for a witch to do in life, it would have to be cooking.
A qualified witch could make a hearty meal with just a flick of her wand.
It's not tiring at all.
No one even needed to be present when washing the dishes, those plates and dishes would clean themselves up all by themselves.
"Where's the report card?" Helen asked expressionlessly.
Although she knew that her own child had always loved to study and didn't have a bad talent, Helen wasn't prepared to show a smiling face until she saw the report card.
"Here it is." Without a knut in his pocket, Andy didn't dare to be arrogant with Helen at all.
Helen waved her wand and the report card automatically floated in front of Helen.
"The grade wasn't bad."
Helen tucked the report card into her pocket, "What happened to the History of Magic and Herbology class? Why are they just Exceeds Expectations?"
Andy sighed, "I was first in the school."
"What about first in the school?"
Helen grunted softly, "With your ability, you clearly could have gotten better grades."
"Yes yes yes!"
Andy nodded repeatedly, not daring to refute at all, "History of magic is of little use, and I'm not interested in growing herbs."
Helen rolled her eyes, this was the character of her child.
Although Andy studied hard, he was very purposeful. Andy usually ignored books that did not improve his strength.
The fact that he could get an E in Herbology and History of Magic had actually exceeded Helen's expectations.
"What about Astronomy class?" Helen was not prepared to let Andy off the hook.
If you don't educate your children when they are young, you won't have a chance when they grow up.
Especially, since her child still has a power-seeking personality. In a few years, Helen wasn't sure she could beat her own child.
"Astronomy class is easy." Andy was truthful.
"Tsk!"
Helen tsked, the corner of her mouth rising slightly, "No money?"
Andy looked up at Helen: are you the devil?
"Uh-huh!" Andy nodded meekly.
"You did pretty well in your Potions class, so you'll be working for me from tomorrow onwards."
Helen had already made the arrangement for Andy, "There are still two months left in the summer holiday, so the pocket money for the next term will depend on you to earn it yourself."
"Really!" Andy felt like he was alive again.
No wonder that in today's magic world, Gold Galleons are more important than magic.
Not having money is really not an option!
"Alright, take your sister out to play!"
Helen said, "Wait for your Dad to come back from work, then we'll eat together."
"Okay!" Andy obediently accepted the order, not daring to be perfunctory at all.
Walking into the living room, Andy saw Isabel looking at him with a puzzled expression.
"What's wrong?" Andy asked in surprise.
"Andy, I didn't expect you to have no status at all after going to school."
Isabel shivered, "Your test scores are so good, but mom isn't satisfied. When my grades come in the future, I won't be spanked by my mom, right?"
Andy nodded thoughtfully, "Issa if you don't study well, not only will you have no snacks to eat or pocket money in the future, but you will also be spanked by Mom. Anyway...think about it yourself!"
"You know, I have some classmates who were about to cry when they got their report cards."
"Like Ron Weasley, Neville Longbottom, and Draco Malfoy. They're all from pureblood families, but none of them did well on their exams."
Andy was telling the truth.
Ron, Neville, and Malfoy, the three of them, didn't do well on their exams. Ron and Neville were already school duds, while Malfoy had delayed a lot of classes because of his injury.
Andy could already imagine their miserable fate when they returned home.
Isabel was also on the verge of crying when she heard this, "Yesterday Sister Ginny came over to me, she said that Auntie Molly was about to go mad."
"Percy wrote home, George, Fred, Ron; all three of them didn't do very well on their exams."
"Sister Ginny said Aunt Molly was ready to take a stick if Uncle Arthur hadn't stopped her."
Amitabha!
Andy couldn't help but mourn for them.
"Isa, don't worry. Before you go to school, I'll help you with your tuition."
Andy had the posture of a good brother, "You can investigate the cost of a tutor, brother will give you a 20% discount."
Isabel: "..."
"Andy, how did Harry Potter do on his exams?"
Isabel abruptly asked, "You're first in the school, so Harry Potter should be second in the school no matter what, right?"
"Harry?"
Andy spread his hands, "He's not bad, at least made it to the top ten in the school. Second is Hermione, the brown-haired young lady you met."
"Wow!" Isabel looked amazed.
Honestly, having an older brother who was excellent in every way still had a great influence on her, the younger sister.
Especially, this brother was still in the same class as Harry Potter.
At least Isabel didn't push Andy to ask for Harry Potter's autograph anymore after hearing this.
Andy sat on the sofa and made Isabel sit next to him, "Issa, it's boring to be at home by yourself, isn't it?"
"No?"
Isabel looked innocent, "Sister Ginny often comes over to play with me, as well as sister Luna. They used to be too embarrassed to come over when you were home."
Andy: It hurts.
Isabel continued, "But they are also going to school this year ... Ugh!"
"Then you…" Andy was a little heartbroken, the little children in the magic world were still too lonely.
Those who lived in the village were fine, at least there were a few neighbours around. As for those who lived in isolation, they might not even have a single friend before going to school.
"I can go to Grandfather's house as well."
Isabel said, "Dad has to work and mom has to make potions. I know a few friends over in Godric's Valley, I can go play with them."
Andy smiled at that, "I'll write to you often."
"Yes!"
Isabel said gleefully, "If you earn your own pocket money, don't forget to buy me snacks from Hogsmeade Village, the candies from the Honeydukes Candy Shop are super tasty."
"Hm!" Andy nodded.
"By the way, Hermione and I agreed to meet on July 10th."
Andy said, "We'll take you to a muggle amusement park then, and you can play all day."
"Great!"
Isabel said excitedly, "I'm going to bring the family camera with me then, Sister Ginny and Sister Luna have never been to an amusement park. I'm going to take a few more pictures."
