It has almost been a week since I had arrived at the Blood Moon pack. I had followed a trace of rogue wolves around this area but I could not proceed further as I had never expected so many of them to be working together.

The Blood Moon Pack was like a second home to me. Damien's parents and mine had been friends and their friendship had translated to us. We had been best buddies for as long as I could remember.

Damien's Beta Levi ensured that I was taken care of properly in the pack. I did not have much work to do so I just focused and trained. Unlike my pack, the Blood Moon pack was very efficient and could effectively handle their duties even in the absence of their Alpha.

This was one of the reasons I liked Damien. His sense of organizational structure was top-notch. I could only hope my pack members were doing okay since my activity was suspended for now.
