Title - Battle Of Gods

"You..! Who are you!?" The Queen asked as she forced herself to look up despite the Gravitational force acting on her body. Leucadius was a bit shocked but he didn't let it show.

"I am your father." Leucadius snickered and turned to Odin. "I am sorry for your loss, and I deeply apologize for not making it on time. I got word late that the Angels would be…stooping this low just for their selfish interests."

"And who do you think you are to speak to me about loss?" Odin asked, his voice deep yet calm and devoid of any anger he should be feeling at the moment.

"As I had mentioned earlier…I am their God. Simple as that."

"And you expect me to believe that?"

"No. Not really. But it is a good thing I came when I came. You get to exert vengeance on the murderer of your child." Leucadius said with reason. Of course Aldrif wasn't dead, but he wasn't going to be telling him that. Selfish as it may be on his part, she had to remain dead to him.

"How impertinent. You dare think merely offering her up would dispel the anger and hate of the Asgardians?" Odin asked as he slammed his Gungnir on the ground of Asgard as his fury raged.

His question however, made Leucadius raise an eye. Was it because he came off as kind that Odin felt he was a pushover? Offering? He? Offering up?

The very statement made by Odin indicated that Leucadius was on the weaker side, making offerings to him, on the stronger side, not to escalate the current situation.

"Did you misunderstand something, All father?" Leucadius asked and stood up from his throne. "I did not come here to make peace if that is what you're thinking."

An aura that equaled that of Odin poured out of him as he took slow strides from his position in the air. To the onlookers, it was as though he was stepping on invisible stairs as he descended.

"I merely came here to prevent an action that I thought would be disadvantageous to me in the long run." Leucadius said as his voice changed from its previous calm and placating, to deep and domineering.

With the descent, Odin's aura began to whittle despite him standing on Asgard's soil.

On Asgard, and by extension, the Ten Realms, Odin was nigh-invincible due to his connection to the Odin-force, however, Leucadius himself was A Force.

"If Bor didn't teach you some manners growing up, I'll be forced to do that in his stead." Leucadius said as he finally reached Odin and stood face to face with him.

"You dare mention the name of my father?"

"I do. What can you do about It?" Leucadius asked provocatively as he looked up at Odin.

Yup. Despite Leucadius Divine Physique, he was still a head shorter than Odin who stood at over 2 meters in height. At the moment, the entirety of Asgard and people gathered could already see Leucadius face, and all had one thought in their mind.

'How can someone so delicate be this strong?'

It had to be known that Asgardians all had rough appearances which made them a bit scary unlike the Vanir who looked more human and delicate. To them, Leucadius was more like a Vanir or an Elf.

'Aspect, mobilize the Hosts of Angels, we're going to war.' Leucadius gave a mental command to Aspect as soon as he felt Odin begin to channel the Odin-force.

'On the two fronts?' Aspect asked to which he nodded.

'This battle might take a while, so while we are at it, keep both the Asgardians and the Angels at bay. And if possible, Take over Heven as swiftly as possible.' Leucadius commanded.

It was becoming harder to differentiate his own Angels from the Angels of Heven, so calling his own The Hosts of Angels was the best he could do.

'And the Queen?'

'Lock her up, she still has to pay the price for her actions.' Leucadius said as he brought out his spear and sword, weapons he hadn't named and held them in each hand, but weapons of mass destruction nonetheless.

Having been asked by Gaea to name them as he saw fit, he named the material Gaeum since it was made from her Essence, however, after mixing in a bit of Divinium, he decided to call it Gaevium. 'Yeah, my naming sense sucks, deal with it.' Leucadius thought as he too slammed his spear on the floor of Asgard.

However, different from when Odin did it, nothing of note happened, much to his embarrassment, but being the God he was, his facial expression didn't even flinch.

Still, the Energy sensitive individuals immediately felt a massive amount of energy pour into the Spear as well as the Sword in his hands, and as they observed, Odin made the first attack by thrusting his spear at Leucadius.

Leucadius was no slouch either and countered with a thrust of his own, but while Odin's thrust was meant to destroy Leucadius, Leucadius' thrust was meant to diffuse his.

"You are a king, Odin. Do you not care about your People?" Leucadius said frostily as the energy behind Odin's attack was canceled out.

"My People aren't as feeble as you might think." Odin replied roughly and prepared for another attack, however, Leucadius didn't let him finish before quickly using the same Space Expansion Magic he had used in Heliopolis, to expand the area they were in by over a thousand kilometers.

This way, they could cause as much damage without it affecting Asgard majorly. Odin saw this but snorted while continuing his attack. To this, Leucadius smiled while also gathering his energy.

"Seems like you're one to talk with your fist. There aren't many of us left in the world as it is. Come, let us dance to our hearts content!" Leucadius said..

Odin, his eye blazing and clad with the power of the Odin Force, raised his mighty Gungnir high above his head, the spear pulsating with raw energy, roared thunderously as he launched himself forward, his spear streaking through the air like a bolt of lightning to which Leucadius met him head-on, his own weapons coated in his Golden holy energy as he parried Odin's blows with uncanny speed and precision.

He didn't even need to activate his Absolute Intelligence to fight Odin. To him, Odin's anger driven blows were akin to a child's blows in comparison to an adult's.

Still, as their weapons clashed, with a deafening roar it sent shockwaves rippling through the air which caused the very ground beneath them to tremble. Each strike was like a thunderclap, shaking the space itself with its ferocity.

This was Asgard, not Earth or any low class Dimension that would be destroyed with just some force. Not to mention that the space they were fighting in was currently expanded using Leucadius' Space Magic.

The expected Shattering of the ground, although expected, didn't happen.

However, it was not just physical blows that the two Gods exchanged. With a flourish of his Spear, Odin unleashed the power of the Odin Force, summoning storms of cosmic energy that rained down upon his opponent.

And Leucadius, not wanting to be left out, responded in kind, channeling the power of his Cosmic Energy to create barriers of pure energy to deflect Odin's attack while also countering.

The sky erupted in a dazzling display of light and color as their energies collided, illuminating the battlefield with their otherworldly power. Bolts of lightning danced across the heavens, and waves of energy rippled through the air, threatening to tear the very fabric of Space asunder.

Odin, wielding his mighty Gungnir, grimaced as he pulled back from clashing with Leucadius, raising his spear, he released a series of lightning-fast strikes with blinding speed.

Each strike crackled with raw power of the Odin-force, and as each strike was released, it sent shockwaves rippling through the air that it threatened to crack the space Leucadius had created.

In response to this, Leucadius moved with unparalleled grace and precision, he dodged and weaved through Odin's onslaught, his movements so fast that it left a series of afterimages.

This was beyond impressive considering that to Odin who was A God, the concept of Afterimage wasn't supposed to exist. That very concept gathered around the fact that one's perception retains an image for a brief period of time long after the object or person has moved.

Now this Odin had drunk from the Well of Mimir which lay at the bottom of the World tree. Mythologically speaking, he was A God with the Wisdom of the world, to be deceived by an afterimage left by another God could only mean one thing.

Leucadius was faster than even his Wisdom Enhanced Brain could perceive.

With each evasive maneuver, Leucadius shot a ball of energy into the air randomly. It was so random that Odin, even after trying to find a pattern, couldn't, leading him to ignore them.

As the battle intensified, Odin roared mightily as he unleashed a swirling vortex of energy, "Cosmic Storm." This created a maelstrom of cosmic power that threatened to engulf everything in its path. Bolts of lightning crackled and danced around him, his eyes ablaze with primal fury as he launched himself at Leucadius with seemingly unstoppable force.

But Leucadius was prepared. Channeling the energy of his Cosmic Energy to its fullest extent, he erected a barrier to shield himself from Odin's devastating assault. The barrier shimmered and crackled with power as it absorbed the force of Odin's attacks, holding firm against the relentless onslaught.

In a last-ditch effort to break through Leucadius's defenses, Odin unleashed another move, "Cosmic Nova." With a mighty swing of his spear, he unleashed a devastating shockwave of energy that rippled through the air, even tearing apart the space in front of him, and by extension Leucadius.

Leucadius however, already expected this and was undeterred. Raising the Sword he hadn't used since he began fighting and pointing it towards the crumbling space, he said, "Stellar Surge."

Obvious to the Naked eye, a massive amount of energy gathered and poured into the Sword before gathering at its tip. He didn't know why he called out the name of the technique, but he felt he had been affected by Odin's Chuunibyo.

And so, he unleashed a powerful beam of space magic infused energy that collided with Odin's attack in a clash that shocked both Odin and all who were watching.

What they expected: The Thundering and world ending shockwave from the clash of the two Energies didn't occur, what occurred was a silent erasure of both techniques before a resounding Silence took over.

"What?" Was all Odin could say. That was one of the techniques that not many could withstand, however this new and foreign God just canceled it like it was nothing?

"It seems you, like the Other Gods, are just as dumb when it comes to Magical Knowledge." Leucadius said as he slowly dropped the hand holding the sword.

"We the Aesir pride ourselves with our physical strength, Magic comes secondary." Odin intoned pridefully while locking his one eye on Leucadius.

"Hmm. Quite Unfortunate. This battle would have been more eventful if you were a bit knowledgeable." Was all Leucadius said before launching himself at Odin.

What Leucadius executed was akin to solving a mathematical equation rooted in cosmic principles: when Zero intersects with Zero in any operation—addition, subtraction, division, or multiplication—the outcome invariably remains Zero.

Odin's Cosmic Nova bore the essence of spatial manipulation, an attribute that, knowingly or not, defined its destructive force. Attempting to directly thwart such an attack would be futile on Leucadius's part. Likewise, engaging it head-on with a countermeasure would prove equally disadvantageous. Thus, Leucadius found himself in a quandary: how does one counter the absence of substance?

In the realm of cosmic logic, Space represented a vacuum, a void devoid of tangible matter. To engage in a direct confrontation against nothingness defied conventional wisdom. It begged the question: how does one oppose a force that inherently lacks presence?

In a paradoxical twist, the solution presented itself: to counteract nothingness, one must embrace the void, utilizing its inherent emptiness as a shield against itself.

It was an enigmatic principle, defying traditional comprehension. Yet, within the intricate design of cosmic dynamics, the absence of substance held its own form of power—an impenetrable barrier that rendered conventional tactics obsolete.

And so, the Battle between two Gods with a near infinite supply of Energy continued as the sun fell and rose again. But to the Asgardians and all the Realms who could perceive it, the sun didn't really set as the energy generated from their clash was enough to illuminate an entire solar system.

As so, days passed and turned to weeks, weeks turned to monthly and three months later, the two Gods finally came to a halt while breathing heavily.

With each passing moment, Odin and Leucadius had pushed themselves to the brink of exhaustion Their weapons clashed with a deafening roar, sending shockwaves rippling through the air. For three months, the innocent people of Asgard couldn't shut their eyes to sleep as the sound of bolts of energy crackling and dancing in the sky prevented them from doing so while also lighting up the night sky with their otherworldly brilliance.

"Ha..ha…aha…Tru…ce?" Leucadius asked while supporting himself with his sword. Some time during their fight, he had discarded his spear and taken up using the sword full-time. Not that the spear was weaker than the sword, but that they both consumed energy. And while the sword was more energy efficient, the Spear wasn't.

"Hah…Truce." Odin replied while holding both his Gungnir and the Odin-Sword. He had pulled that one out too some time along the fight. Seeing Leucadius handle the two weapons effortlessly had ignited his competitive spirit.

Seeing him discard his Spear, Odin had already made a mental note to himself that he had won the exchange, and although he didn't show it, he was proud of that fact.

And so, the Space around them shattered as they returned back to the area in front of Asgard's Castle. Odin summoned all his willpower and walked back to his throne room while Leucadius' Throne, controlled by Aspect, floated behind him, upon which he stylishly fell on with a satisfied smile on his face.

{Sir, the capture of Heven has been successful, would you like to retreat to your chambers?}

"Of Course." Leucadius replied and turned to the Asgardians who were observing him. "Tell your King that I will be paying a visit as soon as he recovers."

Saying that, a Portal opened and swallowed him without allowing the Asgardians any time to react.

As for what he said, despite also being entirely exhausted, there was no way he was going to show weakness in front of another pantheon, so telling them that their God-King was exhausted was the only way he could keep his image.
