Caishen smiled widely and shook his head as much as he could in his position. The elder of the Tai family was loud mouthed, outspoken, rude, pretentious, tough, ambitious and focused. Not that these were bad qualities but he would have preferred for his wife not to emulate most of them. A woman that couldn't even curse, how could she possibly be as rude as the old man? 

He did have good qualities too, the best of them all being his big heart. He had opened it up to Alix and given her a safe place. 

Caishen was not blind and he had noticed that the Zhang family was not necessarily a warm place in his wife's eyes. He hoped that this would change in future. 

"I think I have discovered something that we both like which makes us happy." She said. 

He lowered his eyes and met hers that were looking up at his. 

"This, we both like sleeping. Think about it, we usually cuddle and sleep at various times of the day." she shared.
