The Dao of Shamelessness

In ancient times, the world was peaceful; humans and beasts lived in peaceful coexistence. And the human world suffered little to no war.

On a certain day that was not recorded in the annals. A war broke out among the celestials in the upper world.

The sky change all of a sudden, and arcs of lightning lightning flashed, illuminating the dark clouds in the sky

The sun disappeared from the solar system, and the silver moon was nowhere to be found.

The world was cast in darkness for over a decade and the people lived in the dark world until a certain day when the sky brightened all of a sudden.

Something covered in a blinding light was rushing towards earth.

It was a gigantic saber that was moving towards earth at a frightening speed.

Boom!!!

The giant saber collided with the earth, resulting in an earthquake that resounded throughout the whole world.

Many lives were lost on that day due to the earthquake. Many people were found buried under the rubbles after things had settled. Children cried over their parent's dead bodies, lots of widows and widowers were made on that same day.

People were confused, looking around for the source of their tragedy. Almost half of the earth was wiped out that year, but it was also a blessing in disguise.

Spiritual energy began to flow in through the crack in space from which the giant saber emerged and a silver of demonic energy flew in before the crack could amend itself and the earth returned back to normal.

The demonic landed on fields of green grasses and some oceans contaminating the grasslands and water bodies. A group of herbivores ate from the grass and they also became contaminated. Nature took its course and the herbivores we're killed and eating by carnivored and some sea creatures.

Die to the food chain, the whole animal kingdom were turned to demonic beasts.

Their corruption comes with great power and the became powerful by eating treasures filled with demonic energy or spiritual energy.

After years of research, people discovered how to strengthen their bodies with the spiritual energy. Powerful people emerged from the humans, and the demonic beasts also began to run rampant.

Domesticated animals were no longer controlled. Some killed their masters after gaining sentience and ran off to the wild, and this, the first kingdom of the demonic beasts was established.

The spiritual energy became the source of energy for mankind, likewise, the demonic beasts also hunt down the humans to devour the energy stored in their bodies.

People hunt beasts for their meat, bones and tendons that were used to make pills, elixirs and weapons.

Mythical creatures that were thought to be fairy tales came out from all around, terrorizing the human world, and the world was in Chaos.
