Unlike the others who were adopted and just given a room in the boy or girl dorms inside the Clan Compound. She was only given her own home because she had a critical advantage. Apparently, she had a Kekkei Genkai, making her a natural in the mental arts.
Her clan are specialists in mind-related techniques which makes them experts at intelligence gathering, therapists, councilors, healers, espionage and interrogation amongst other things. They have also displayed sensory abilities and their techniques include transferring their consciousness, reading minds and communicating telepathically a vital service in a military village.
She recalls vividly how her Clan head had use her Kunoichi training to become one of the concubines of Leon sama, the village Kage. Alongside her fellow Kunoichi's Ino, Tenten, Hinata and Sarada all became pregnant by Leon sama, making him accept them all as his concubines. Unlike some other concubines, her mistress Ino was heiress to one of the Noble Clan's. She couldn't claim to be the only heiress in the concubines, but that was yet another sign that fate favored her inevitable union with Leon sama. And finally, Kwannon decided to take the codename Psylocke.
She then plays a song of one of the villages kunoichi, that's acting as an idol by Kakuzu Sensei. Dazzler!

After Leon shinobis collected all the weaponry where they were just in. He closed the Timedoor and put his TemPad away.
"How much do you want for that device? Just say the number and you'll have it the next minute!"
Tony had been won over by the Timedoor as a researcher and wanted a TemPad of his own.
"Mr. Stark! This technology is not for sale, you can't have a TemPad. It's not something you can obtain with money in this world. They are unique, and no amount of money can get you one. Instead, I can lend you a ninja dog as a bodyguard."
Biting one of his fingers, Leon draws out blood from the injury. He presses his hands five fingers down, channel chakra to the hand, summoning an animal to the location.
"Summoning Jutsu!"
