The following days were quiet for Jason as he did the same things he always did.

Getting up early to go to training and then training till he was half dead before heading home to continue training.

The only thing that had happened out of the norm for him was the international call-up letter that was sitting in his mail, stating that he was to join the Super Eagles in the international break for the next Afcon qualification match against Sierra Leone.

Despite not having signed a declaration of intent to join the national team, his name had already been added to the squad list, but it didn't matter as he was going to be signing the Declaration of Intent when he reached Nigeria.
