"It's fine," Aur said expressionless.

"Then why are you here now?" Nina asked with a confused expression.

Aur paused when he heard this. "Didn't you know what happened to the village?"

"Eh, I have just walked out of the academy and have no clue what has happened to the village," Nina said with an embarrassed expression on her face.

"Oh," Aur simply replied. "The village was destroyed."

"Huh, the village was destroyed, how could it happen?" she said with a shocked expression. After all, this was the place she spent her childhood at; all the memories of the place came to her mind.

"Sigh," Nina sighed in a heartfelt manner as she sent the memory to the back of her mind. Then she looked at Aur again with determined eyes. "Have you become the servant of Rowena?"

"Yes," Aur replied without any expression, however, there was a hint of amusement in his mind.
