Aerine was still immersed in her singing, and thinking she was alone, she was even more unbothered to stop. This was why she continued without thinking about anything else but the song and its story. 

Gradually, she hummed as the song was about to finish and opened her eyes slowly. When she was about to utter the last word, Aerine abruptly stopped and fell silent. 

Her eyes instantly met dark, crimson ones, staring at her intently. Aerine had locked eyes with those eyes a lot of times, and they always managed to make her feel different each time. 

Some it was intimidating, while often it was more just nonchalant. But one thing that alerted her to a tingling sensation inside of her was the danger it holds. 

Lucian's eyes were both beautiful but menacing at the same time. 

After forcibly recovering herself from the daze and shock that seeing Lucian brought, Aerine finally managed to let out some words.
