Chapter 20: Development And Gateway Research

When he woke up next day, Pyran felt refreshed. Then they all gathered in the dining hall for a heartly breakfast. They had small talks and the plans for the day. Pyran informed Trini that he will not be with Trini and she will be in the care of Shina and Nina. She was on the verge of crying. He consoled her by saying that it was for her to learn and experience all the memories and knowledge that she received from the Plane.

Trini was reluctant at first and after thinking, she came to an understanding that all these days Pyran was the one taking care of her. She wanted to take care Pyran too. For that, the separation was necessary. It was not like they will not be able to meet daily. It is just that Pyran will be working and she will be out learning. 

Once she was able to take care of herself without anyone's help and have the necessary knowledge and experience to share Pyran's burden, she will be able to go back to his side to help him. So, she gave herself a 2 decades of time to learn and digest all the knowledge and memories. Then she will be back at her full power to help Pyran. She did not want to stand behind Pyran all the time. She wants to stand beside Pyran to face all the troubles and difficulties with him. So, she agreed with Pyran and vow to work hard.

Pyran was relived and amused by her determination but said, "You don't have to rush yourself Trini. Take your time, go at your own pace. We have all the time in the world to experience everything. I will always be there for you. Waiting and encouraging from the side. So don't stress yourself too much, alright?"

Trini just nodded but she thought otherwise. She wanted to be on Pyran's side as soon as she can be. So, she just nodded to ease Pyran's worries. But she determined to work hard. She will ask Shina and Nina to train her hard. Little did she know that Pyran already informed Shina and Nina about how Trini will think and behave do that they can be prepared. 

After the small talks with all the ladies, Gilbur and Pyran went to the administration building. They have been operation on a rough administrative structure. Pyran wanted to make a clear hierarchy for them to follow. This will streamline all the work that needs to be done and will bring down all the errors and time it takes to complete a task. 

Once they went in, Pyran went to his office to go through all the files and requests from the days he was missing. He already took care the most urgent ones with his clones. But this will not be a lasting solution as it will make the others lazy and stagnate their growth. So, after compiling the work and assigning appropriate measures for all files and requests, he started to work on the structure of the operations.

All the work piled took 2 weeks to complete. During this time, he started to record all the sectors that need development and correct personnel to be assigned. He also spent time with Trini and his family. He took time to listen to all the things experienced by Trini. But he just listened and refrained from making any suggestions. He wanted her to learn and experience everything and find her own conclusions. He did not want to direct her or correct her in anyway so as to not to influence his own thought process unless it was necessary.

After 2 months of all the observation and inspection, he formulated the structure for an adaptable system of operations. During this time, he also noticed that the races transformed to Chaos Originals retained their own characteristics minus their shortcoming. They were able to use the magic and skills from their own race. For example, the devils were able to use their magic from Imagination, Youkai's were able to use Senjutsu, some fallen angels they saved from dying were able to use the Holy light with Origin energy and so on. He noted that down so that he can ask the Plane when they get on touch, which he is not sure when.

For the System of operation, He separated into Public and Private sector. Public consists of all the departments that comes under government and Private sector comprises all the departments and businesses come under individually and stated owned operations. But there are few departments that overlaps both public and private sector. But above all comes the Royal court. He did not want the community that he developed to go under any degradation. 

The top of the hierarchy consists of:

Him and his Family --> His Team Members --> Trusted Ministers --> Peoples, Public and Private Representatives.

Him and his family will be the progenitors and the decision makers of the whole race. This was a request placed by the Plane. Then comes the Team Members he will convert from the Origin Pieces. He will discuss with them about his ideas or the ideas proposed by the ministers and the representatives to take appropriate measures. Trusted Ministers are those selected from the transformed races who has experience and knowledge on how to manage a pantheon. They will be selected based on their dedication and honesty along with the experience and knowledge. The last one is the Top members of Representatives from the general Public and private sectors. 

Each hierarchy consists of its own security, inspection and administrative systems. But his and his Family's systems will be handled by his Team members. There will also be a research section that will be handled by him and his team members. 

The Minister will have the Public safety, Public management, Education, Health, Culture, Environment management, Resource, Logistics, Food & Water, Transport & Communication and Public Companies & Businesses come under them. They are responsible for manning and operations of these sectors. Each sectors have their own sub-divisions that were derived from his previous life. He eliminated most of the issue from the divisions. But they are few that can be removed after the operations run for few more years. He left them for the Ministers to take care of. It is a test and he is lazy to eliminate them all.

Private Sectors consists of the businesses and companies that are opened by an individual or group of individuals. He formulated taxes and subsidies for them to. They are open to all those who want to introduce their own products and services to the general public. They will have their own represent to give their petitions of request, complaints and needs to the upper management.

General public or the people have their own represent that can raise reasonable requests and complaints to Public and Private sectors. The requests and complaints will be taken under inspection and consideration before fulfilling. They can also send their requests directly to the Royal family of it gets rejected or has not been handled properly.

Lastly the Army will be handled by Pyran's Team. There will be strict rules and regulations for the Army. He took the army division from US army. There will be whole lot of training facilities and healthcare facilities specially built for the Army. 

He also formulated a separate division of army that will train the general public for atleast 5 years. Every citizen is required to undergo to training for 5 years and has to repeat the training for 1 year for every decade. This is to keep the general public ready for any emergencies if necessary. They should not be helpless and wait till the Public safety or the Army to come and help.

There is also a training facility for Public safety department in Army. All the members who wished to join the Public safety department is supposed to go a 10 year training. They will also be under inspection for every 2 years for their fitness and performance. They will also undergo heavy training for 1 year for every 5 years.

He then formulated the department operations, divisions, teams and terms for all the other department. He focused on education and health. All the children are supposed to got to school at the age of 5. Graduate at the age of 16. Go to education or training under college or Army or their interested field for the required time. But they will not be considered functional adults until 20. There will be a separate section in the Army for kids who graduate from school to army. They will be considered kids until 20 and will be allowed to go to their home everyday to spend their time with family. 

Healthcare facilities are separated into General, Emergency, Regular camps, Child Care and High Priority. As they have the capabilities to restore damaged or lost limbs, they do not need a separate facility for disabled. But they have a separate facility for newly transformed citizens. They will also be in the Army under combat medics division. They will have all the medical knowledge and healing spells for effective treatment. They will also have a research facility that will work on conjuncture with Royal Research facility for R&D.

Once he formulated them all, Pyran called Gilbur to give a detailed explanation. Once Gilbur heard the explanation he was amazed about the details that Pyran gave him and was impressed with the level of thoughts and details given to each department. After few moments he was struck with a realization that this was to be carried out by him. That was why Pyran gave him the explanation.

When Pyran saw that Gilbur understood his hidden message, he promptly teleported himself and locked the space in the office. Gilbur had no chance to refuse or ask Pyran to cooperate with him. With a tired sigh he got to work. He knows it will take up to a year or 2, just to select the personnel. And will take another 2 years to train them. 

Luckily for him there was general working structure already. He just has to upgrade them. After going through the current working system and the new system, he formulated a plan and was able to reduce the time required. But the fully functional system will only be in place after 2 decade and will need a population in the minimum of a million. As they are aiming for a population of 10 million in the next 5 years this will not be a problem.

After Pyran teleported, he went to the clones in the dimension to give them the renewed construction plan. They will have to destroy few structures and rebuild them and also, they will have to build a lot of new buildings. The clones argued with him a few times and they went back to work. What can they do when their master is unprepared fool and a slave driver.

Pyran then teleported to the lab after arguing with the construction clones. He wanted to look at why the gate way is not connecting; He is not sure what happened. He really needs the gateway to be finished before the construction get completed. He needs manpower and the clones are not the correct solution. He wanted the general populace to work on their homeland to get a sense of belonging. Also, this will get them to better adapt them to management of the facilities built inside the dimension. 

He has already sent a specific batch of people to recruit people to be converted. As per his calculation by end of this year, there will be a population of minimum 1 million. So, he wanted them to migrate into the dimension to start construction and to occupy the facilities already built. This will surely get their strength to a different level by the time they start their 4th phase. 1st phase is when they saved the devils and other races and migrated them all to their base. 2nd phase is when the transforming and training them took place. 3rd phase is increasing population, Finding and building their dwelling, creating a fully functional community and start to stabilize. 4th phase is when they start to introduce them as Grenzaros Clan in the underworld. 5th and final phase are when the start to defend and invade other universes. 

They can start their introduction into Underworld now, but he wanted to find his Team before doing that. So, he just focused on finding a way to connect the Gateway. After he went through all the process the clones did to connect the Gateway, he was able to find few methods that have not tried yet. But the main thing is that the dimension was able to receive all the faith energy from the newly created race. But while connecting the gateway, the connection was getting rejected. 

Yes, rejected. It was not they were unable to connect, but was getting rejected from the human world. This is what he was unable to figure out. He does have few theories, but nothing was conclusive. And for the next 6 months the research on connecting the gateway went on. He alternated between training, spending time with the family, managing the base and lastly research. Where research took most of the time. 

During this time there were several major break throughs in multiple fronts. The main one was they were able to upgrade the race transformation device. With this new device they were able to transform other races into chaos original with a maximum strength of Low class to the minimum of basic strength of that a ordinary human. This saved them a lot of time to start basic training and energy control exercises sooner. This opened a lot of possibilities in filling up the ranks.

Another one is that he was able to start development of the pocket space. When the Gateway research hit a bottle neck, Pyran started to develop the pocket space. He wanted to convert the pocket space into a pocket dimension. So, he started to introduce fertile landmass with the help of Trini. One thing about Trini is that she has a total of 7 immature Origin seeds. If he let them mature it will take up to millions or billions of years to Mature. 

So, she let Pyran use it to develop the pocket space. He used 4 of the immature seeds and activated them in the pocket space. He left the other 3 for further research. The 4 seeds were merged with all the minerals and elements that were found till now from the earth and got activated into the pocket dimension. This gave birth to a brand-new planet that reached the size of 1/5th of the size of earth. It was achieved by acceleration of time inside the space for 1:1 eon.

The Land mass is as the same as that of earth which covers 1/3rd of total volume. It can sustain about 1.5 billion living beings including animals and birds. This available resource will support the said mass up to 1 million eons. If the population is less than that of the calculated volume the period increases according to the proportion.

Pyran created the Pocket space to check if he can connect the gateway for the space to connect it to the human world. After completing he was able to connect the empty space. When he introduced the Origin seeds, the gateway got destabilized during the initial activation. But after the planet got created completely, the gateway got stabilized. But they still need up to 5 decades to start the basic introduction of life into the space and a century to transform into a dimension. But Trini asked him to place the house they made inside the seal in the planet inside space as the space had the energy signature of both Trini and Pyran.

Pyran tried to create gateway from the Space to the Dimension, but was only able to create a tunnel. It can be considered as a smuggling tunnel but it will let the living beings not registered, into the Dimension. Whomever entered the dimension through the tunnel has to live in hiding without disturbing the natural habitat. Or else the dimension will turn hostile. He tried few more experiments and then created a defense structure for future. He wanted to secure the Universe before invading other Universes.

Just like that, 3 more years passed and during this time, Trini underwent a major development in her mental state. She was able to consolidate all the knowledge and memories which in turn helped her in developing her own reasoning and personality. There were no major changes but now she is a bit more outgoing and less naïve. It was also the year when Pyran met his requirements to undergo evolution.
