(LIV) Two Villages [4]

The cavern was filled with Tui's deep and resonant voice, echoing through the space like a powerful wave. His shout commanded the attention of the advancing goblins, who stumbled to an abrupt halt as if frozen in time. 

A blue light surrounded them, causing them to chitter and growl softly, their senses momentarily disoriented. The aura slowly sapped away at their strength.

Tui, towering over his companions, held his makeshift spear and shield at the ready, charging forward with a ferocity that cast a formidable shadow against the cave walls. 

Chai followed suit, matching Tui's determination as he held his weapon and shield aloft. Isaac, however, hung back, his mind racing as he took a deep breath. 

He stared down at the scars on his arms, knowing he couldn't keep relying on his Ability to increase his muscle and bone density without risking permanent damage to his body.
