Feelings for Evena

Dreya clenched his teeth in anger as he slowly transfused magic into him.

The only reason Evena would let himself get into such a state was because of that Ryder. Dreya never understood why Evena always risked everything for him. Even to the point of almost letting himself die.

Later at night, Evena woke up to see himself in a bed. He tried to sit up.

"Lay back down." someone ordered, he looked up to see Dreya.

"What's going on?" he asked confused, the last thing he remembered was kneeling outside the gates.

"I thought I told you to lay down." Dreya said as he pushed him back on the bed gently.

"What happened?" He asked Dreya.

"You fainted."

"where are we now?"

"My room in the palace. I begged the queen to let you stay here so I can take care of you. And I also promised to look after you and make sure you didn't wander off and talk to Ava."

"Thanks." Evena said wearily.
